Chapter 30

Seeing a familiar face by the door, Yan Lu quickly ran to chase after. His action startled most people including the two people that were at the center of attention, yet most people didn't see Ming Yu since they were too focused on the two main leads in the spotlight.

Just like most people, Fu Heng didn't see Ming Yu as he had his back facing him. He didn't like Yue Li acting this intimate toward him as he only sees her as a sister. Besides, he already had a lover. 

Thinking about his lover, Fu Heng quickly pushed Yue Li away from his arm and walked away to get himself a drink without caring about the different gazed that was directed at him.

Yue Li didn't mind Fu Heng's action since she had already achieved her goal. Besides, she even got to kiss Fu Heng. She was thankful enough that Fu Heng didn't push her when she took the initiative to kiss him though it was only a peck.

Ming Yu ran toward the bus stop in hope to catch the bus. He couldn't stay there any longer. He finds it hard to breath upon seeing the two of them kiss and hug. It was like a stab into his heart. He feels so much pain in his heart.

"Ah Yu." Yan Lu called out while grabbing his wrist from behind.

"Let go."

Seeing the tears on Ming Yu's face, Yan Lu was stunned. It broke his heart upon seeing his cutie cried. It was as if someone had stabbed a knife into his chest. Not believing his eyes, Yan Lu subconsciously loosen his hold on Ming Yu's wrist.

Ming Yu quickly broke free from the latter's hold and ran toward the bus stop. Luckily, there was a bus coming. Ming Yu quickly got on the bus without looking back.

Yan Lu could only stare at Ming Yu's back as he subconsciously clenched his fist. He didn't know why he felt a pain in his chest seeing Ming Yu's crying face. He really hates the person that makes his cutie cry.

Yue Li's birthday party continues on as if nothing had happened at all.

"You guys are dating now?" Ji Dong came to Fu Heng and asked. 

After witnessing the scene of his two childhood friends he knew that there is probably something going on between the two, thus he couldn't help, but asked curiously.

"No." Fu Heng replied without any hesitation. He really has nothing to do with Yue Li. If not because he was caught off guard, there is no way he would let Yue Li kiss him even if that is a peck.

"Aiya, there is no need to be shy about it."

Fu Heng didn't respond back, but instead he gave Ji Dong a deadly glared which really shut him up. He then walked away and left the party. Since he had already showed up and delivered the present then there is no need for him to stay any longer.

Yue Li wanted to stop Fu Heng, but she knew better not too since her action earlier might have already anger him. Besides, she had already reached her main goal for today. Who knows maybe, Fu Heng might find her kiss and scent to be sweeter and better than a certain disgusting being.

Recalling Ming Yu's tearing face Yue Li couldn't help, but feel happy. She wants to let him know that Fu Heng doesn't belong to someone like him.

Reached Y university, Ming Yu went straight into Fu Heng's dorm. He left after he packed all of his belongings and returned to his dorm.

Thank goodness, DeLun was not in the dorm at the moment, or else he wouldn't know how to explain to him.

Ming Yu lay in his bed with his blanket covering his whole body while his tears kept rolling down nonstop. His heart hurt so much not only from seeing the two of them kiss and hug, but he also felt betrayed by the person he loves the most.

Why am I such a stupid person? It's obviously, that they were childhood sweethearts. How stupid am I?

Ming Yu didn't know for how long he had cried until he fell asleep with his blanket covering his whole body. He didn't wake up until DeLun came inside the dorm and pulled down his blanket.

"Are you okay?" DeLun asked worriedly upon seeing how red Ming Yu's eyes were.

"I'm fine. Just a little too tired."

"Are you going to stay here from now on?"

"Yeah."

Ming Yu felt bad for lying to his friend, but it was a good thing that he hasn't told DeLun about his relationship with Fu Heng, or else he wouldn't know how to explain.

Sensing that something was wrong with his friend, yet the latter didn't  seem like he want to talk about it thus, DeLun stopped asking. He then went to take a shower. After he finished, he went to heat up the takeout food that he had brought a while ago.

"Come, let's eat together."

Ming Yu really has no appetite, but still he didn't want to make his friend worry about him, thus he could only agree. He walk over to the table and eat quietly without saying anything else.

Reaching the man's dormitory, Fu Heng went inside his room.

Upon seeing the empty space where Ming Yu usually put his stuff in there were all gone, Fu Heng was startled. He quickly searched the whole room including the bathroom to see if Ming Yu was in there, or not. Not seeing Ming Yu anywhere in the room makes him panicked and confused since they didn't have any argument at all.

Fu Heng walked out of his dorm and went straight to Ming Yu's dorm. Reaching Ming Yu's dorm, he knocks on the door. After two knocks, the door was open slightly.

Upon seeing an unfamiliar face, Fu Heng asked in his usual cold voice, "Is Ming Yu inside?"
