"It's done now."

"Ah, thank you."

Without saying anything more, Fu Heng left. Just now he saw Ming Yu coming into the university and he just happened to met Li Na on the way. They were not kissing, but rather Li Na was asking him to help blow her eyes saying that something got into her eyes. He was about to reject her, but upon seeing Ming Yu, he force himself to agreed to help to see if Ming Yu would care about it or not. He really hope that Ming Yu would get angry and be jealous when seeing him with other pests.

If that really happen then he would definitely chase after Ming Yu and explain as well as apologize to him for his previous actions. Then maybe they would be reconcile.

But to his disappointment, what he really hope didn't happen.

Seeing that Ming Yu didn't care and had walked away, Fu Heng instantly felt anger and also walked away without looking back at Li Na. If not for trying to get Ming Yu's attention, Fu Heng would never spare a glance at a certain pest. Seeing this pest, very, very disgusted and annoyed Fu Heng.

Unbeknownst to Fu Heng, but his actions have caused a certain pest's heart to beat so fast. How Li Na wished they were kissing on the spot. She wanted to pound on him, but still restraint herself in order to continue her plan. She can't be in a rush, or else what she had worked so hard in the past would definitely be in vain. Thus, she can only endure as for right now and take one step at a time.

Ming Yu walked into the boy's bathroom to wash his hands, and clean his face before going back to the dorm. Coming out of the bathroom, he came upon Fu Ying on the hallway.

"Ming Yu." Fu Ying called out happily.

"Fu Ying." As if he remembered about the confession he received from last time, Ming Yu then continued, "Fu Ying, I am so sorry, but I can't accept your feelings. Please, don't wait for me. I am really sorry."

Fu Ying was a bit startled as she didn't expect that Ming Yu would reject her so soon. "Haha...no worries. I was just joking with you. I can't believe you took it so seriously, Hahaha."

Ming Yu was relieved to hear the latter's replies. The two continue to chat for a bit before going their separate ways.

Fu Ying then came upon Ji Dong on her way to the dorm. Ji Dong wave happily at her.

"Hey, where's Fu Heng? I haven't seen him for a while."

"I don't know. Probably busy again."

They didn't chat for long before they went their separate ways. Ji Dong was walking while looking at his phone, thus he didn't see Yue Li coming at the other end.

Just as they were about to pass by each other, Yue Li stepped on a piece of paper on the floor and fell down.

Before her butt could touch the floor with her reflexes, she grabbed Ji Dong who was nearby for support. However, Ji Dong was unprepared for it making both of them fell down together with Yue Li landing on top of him.

They both stared into each other in the eyes.

Thump..thump..thump

Yue Li suddenly felt her heart beat very fast being in this kind of position. Just like Yue Li, Ji Dong also felt his heart beat very fast. He has never been in a relationship before, but he has a secret crush on Yue Li ever since they were kids.

As if he was being possessed, Ji Dong suddenly closed the distance between the two and pressed their lips together. It was only a quick peck, but it was enough to bring those two back to their senses.

They both got up awkwardly, not knowing what to say. Both with a flushed face got up and went on their own way without saying anything as if nothing had happened.

It was already dark by the time Fu Heng and Fu Ying went back to the Fu's mansion.

Inside the Fu's mansion, the Fu family ate together.

"What is wrong with you?" Liu Shi asked upon seeing that her daughter didn't have much of an appetite.

"I'm fine. It...it's just that I got rejected."

"Rejected?" Fu Cong asked not believing what he heard.

"En. I got rejected by this cute boy."

"What! How dare he! Tell me what his name is, I'll teach him a lesson for you." Liu Shi said angrily. How dare this jerk to reject her precious daughter. That man must be a blind man.

Instead of responding back, Fu Ying let out a sigh.

"What's wrong?" Liu Shi asked worriedly. It can't be that her daughter got too sad to the point of losing her appetite and mind. Her daughter couldn't be thinking about doing something harmful, right?

"I..I thought that I would be sad after getting rejected by him, but I didn't feel anything at all. I guess I only like him as a friend and not in a romantic way."

Fu Heng knew who his sister was referring to, yet he didn't say anything and just continued to listen to their conversation. He couldn't help, but feel happy inside upon hearing that Ming Yu had rejected his sister. It really saved him times as he didn't have to deal with his sister.

"That jerk dared to reject you. Hahaha, he sure is bold." Fu Cong said.

In the past, it was only his daughter that rejected other men, yet this man dared to reject his daughter, thus Fu Cong couldn't help, but praise the man for being so bold to reject his precious daughter.

"Yeah...yeah..he is. Who knows maybe he can also control some other big beast." Fu Ying said jokingly.

Pfttt.

Fu Heng suddenly spat out the water that he had just drank.
