Chapter 32

Ming Yu went to class, but couldn't focus at all. Even though he and Fu Heng had already broken up yesterday, he couldn't help, but feel sadness inside being treated like a stranger by Fu Heng.

Sitting in class, time went by super slow for Ming Yu. He really can't focus at all as his mind wanders around. He didn't know that Yue Li and Li Na knew each other. Does that mean that Fu Heng also knew Li Na? And are they also closed together?

Even though he had already broken up with his handsome man, Ming Yu didn't like the idea of Fu Heng and Li Na being closed together. He really hates it.

Once the class was over, Ming Yu went out of the classroom heading to the dorm. On his way, he met Fu Ying in the hall.

Remembering that he had forgotten to give Yue Li her birthday present that he prepared for her, Ming Yu asked Fu Ying to give it to her in his stead. He didn't know how to face her.

Fu Ying and Ming Yu didn't talk much before they bid goodbye to one another since Fu Ying had a class to go to.

Ming Yu returned to the dorm to put his stuff away before heading out again. He misses grandma Song and Lan a lot, thus he plans to visit them today.

Reaching grandma Song's place, Ming Yu was very happy to see grandma Song and Lan.

Seeing Ming Yu, Lan ran forward to hug him. He really likes Ming Yu.

"Big brother, Ming Yu." Lan called out happily.

''Ah Lan." Ming Yu hugged him back. He then gave Lan the hard candy that he brought on the way.

"Thank you." Lan felt very happy. He really likes to eat sweets. Other than his grandma and Ming Yu, sweet was his favorite thing.

Ming Yu spent the whole day with grandma Song and Lan.

With Lan's cuteness, it had totally improved Ming Yu's mood by a lot. He felt very happy spending time with grandma Song and Lan. The two really give him warmth. He only leaves when it's almost time for him to go to work.

Lan was reluctant to let Ming Yu leave as he had grown fond of him. He has no friends and the people that he knows is his grandma and Ming Yu, thus he didn't want to be apart from both of them.

Besides, Ming Yu had been very nice to him. Lan really loves it when Ming Yu gives him sweets.

"Be good. I'll visit you and grandma soon."

"Mm. That's a promise." Lan said while sticking out his pinky.

Ming Yu smiled and crossed their pinky together.

Seeing the scene, grandma Song smiled brightly.

Ming Yu went straight to his workplace instead of the dorm since he didn't have much time left before his shift started.

Walking inside the cafe, Ming Yu saw Fu Heng sitting alone at a table near the window looking at his phone. Without thinking much, he just walked in and pretended as if he didn't Fu Heng him.

Not long after Ming Yu walked inside the cafe, he saw two familiar figures walking inside which made him freeze on the spot as he didn't expect to see those two, but quickly recovered from it.

Seeing Ming Yu on the counter, Yue Li walked over to him happily.

"Hello, Ming Yu."

"Hello."

"Ah, I forgot. Thank you for the birthday gift." Yue Li put on a pretense.

Earlier when Fu Ying gave her the birthday gift saying that it was from Ming Yu, she put on a happy face and took the gift. Once she got inside her dorm, without opening the bag, she threw it directly in the trash.

"You're welcome." Ming Yu didn't notice Yue Li's fake smile.

"This is my friend Li Na."

Last time Ming Yu saw them together from a distance, but could still see Li Na's face. He really didn't like her.

"Hello, I'm Ming Yu."

Despite not liking Li Na, he didn't want to be rude.

Humph, you slut don't need to tell me that I already know.

"Hello, I'm Li Na." Li Na forced herself to say while still putting on a pretense. She really hates this gay slut, yet she didn't want to show anyone her true color. Besides, Fu Heng was still there. Thus, she can only pretend and force herself to talk to that disgusting gay slut who she hates so much. 

After the introduction, Yue Li and Li Na went to where Fu Heng was. The group ordered some coffees with a chocolate cake.

Yue Li and Li Na continued to talk to Fu Heng happily without noticing Fu Heng's gloomy look.

It didn't take long before Fu Ying showed up. Upon seeing Ming Yu on the counter, she came to greet him happily.

Seeing the group of four together chatting happily, Ming Yu felt very uncomfortable. Hates? Jealous? He really didn't know. How he wished they were gone already. 

"Ah Yu."

Just as Ming Yu was still in a dazed, an incoming voice called out to him which brought him out of his thoughts.

Upon hearing Ming Yu's name being called by a stranger, no a pest in Fu Heng's dictionary, he look up to see which pest was calling Ming Yu.

Sensing a hostile gaze directed at him, Yan Lu looked up and made eye contact with the latter.

Ah, so this is the person that makes my cutie cry. I thought it was that bitch, but turned out to be this bastard, Yan Lu thought inwardly.

What is this pest doing here? What is his relationship with Ming Yu? Fu Heng thought inwardly.
