Chapter 26

Ming Yu walked out of the university heading to his workplace. He wore a turtleneck shirt to cover his snowy neck which is full of hickeys that his handsome man gave him last night during their first passionate love making. His back still hurt, however after his man applied medicine to his back, he did feel a little better. 

Ming Yu honestly didn't want to go to work today, however he didn't want to miss work since he's planning to work hard to earn money so that he can buy his man something. He can't always let his man pay for him.

Ming Yu wore the turtleneck shirt to hide those hickeys not because he hates it, but rather he's afraid that other people might see it and question him. He's not really good at lying and afraid that other people would see through him, therefore it's best if he hides those love marks.

Ming Yu came upon Yan Lu on the way to his work. He didn't want to have anything to do with the latter, thus he pretended as if he didn't see Yan Lu and continued to walk forward. He really doesn't want his handsome man to misunderstand him.

However, Yan Lu had no intention to ignore him as he had grabbed his wrist to stop him.

"Ming Yu."

"How do you know my name? Did you do a background check on me?"

"You're angry?"

"Let go. I have to go to work." Ming Yu really has no time to deal with someone like Yan Lu.

Yan Lu reluctantly let go of his hold.

Being free, Ming Yu quickly walked away. To his surprise, Yan Lu was still following him from behind closely.

Ming Yu wanted to stop and turn around to tell Yan Lu to go away, but he knew that it was useless since the latter didn't listen to him. 

Besides, it was almost time for him to work. He really has no time to deal with Yan Lu. If he wants to follow him, let him be. It was not like Ming Yu was Yan Lu's mom and can order him to scram. Anyways, it was not like he owned the whole street, or whatsoever.

Walking inside the cafe, Ming Yu went straight to the counter and started doing his job. He totally ignored Yan Lu as if he didn't exist at all.

Yan Lu didn't mind his action as he walked inside following behind Ming Yu. He thought inwardly that the angry Ming Yu from earlier was so cute. He really looks like an angry kitten. Aw...how cute!

"Recommend me something good." Yan Lu asked, staring at Ming Yu's cute face not bothering to look at the menu at all.

"Everything here is good."

"Example?"

"Cake."

"And?"

"Coffee."

"Fine, then I'll take a strawberry cake with a coffee."

Li Na had just come back from meeting Huang. Just as she was about to walk past the cafe, she saw Ming Yu inside which made her abruptly stop.

What is so good about this slut?

Seeing Ming Yu with another handsome man pissed her off. She really doesn't understand why handsome men would be attracted to Ming Yu. In her opinion, Ming Yu is nothing, but shit compared to her.

Li Na quickly took out her phone and took a photo of Ming Yu and Yan Lu together. From the angle she was in when taking the photo of the two makes it seem as if they were kissing.

Looking at the photo satisfying Li Na couldn't help, but praise her luck, "What luck I had today. Hahaha...if I show this photo to Fu Heng, he...hahaha." Li Na walk away feeling very happy after taking the photo. She really can't wait to show other people this photo she took.
