Chapter 38

Ming Yu was scared knowing that he was kidnapped.

"Hahaha."

Upon hearing a familiar voice, he looked to the side and saw a familiar handsome face with a black sunglasses on.

Taking off his sunglasses, Yan Lu smiles brightly at him. "Did I scare you?"

"What do you think you're doing?"

"Ayia, don't be angry. I haven't seen you for so long, so today I came to visit you at the university, but upon seeing you here I just want to give you a surprise."

"Surprise? Do you know that I almost die from being scared by your surprise." Ming Yu said angrily with his eyes starting to be watery.

Just now he thought that someone had kidnapped him which really scares him thinking that they would kill him.

Seeing the big watery eyes Yan Lu suddenly feels very guilty and pulls the latter into his embrace. "I'm sorry."

Ming Yu struggled and broke free from Yan Lu's hold, "Stop the car."

"Stop." Yan Lu commands the driver. 

He really can't bear to see Ming Yu cry. It really broke his heart knowing that he had scared his cutie.

The car stopped with Yan Lu's order.

Ming Yu opened the door and walked out of the car.

"Where are you going?"

"I'm busy. Don't bother me." Ming Yu continued to walk away.

Yan Lu followed him and suddenly back hugged him from behind tightly.

"Let go."

"No."

"Let go. There are people."

"I don't care. Either you let me go with you, or I won't let go."

With a sigh, Ming Yu gives up struggling since the latter is too strong for him. They both went back to the car. Ming Yu then told Yan Lu that he was going to T-Kids store to buy something for someone.

Yan Lu wanted to question him, but suppress it as he didn't want to make his cutie angry anymore.

Reaching the T-Kids store, Ming Yu walks inside with Yan Lu following closely from behind.

Ming Yu just ignored him and went straight to the kids clothes section for the boys. He didn't know what Lan liked, so he decided to buy some new clothes for Lan.

"Whose kid are you buying those for?" Yan Lu asked.

Ming Yu continues to ignore him, and look for clothes that he thinks might fit Lan.

Getting ignored by his cutie, Yan Lu feels very sour inside.

Seeing that Ming Yu was only looking for kid's clothes for boys, Yan Lu went to the kids toy section.

Looking around he found some big scary dinosaur toys. Yan Lu grabs two of those dinosaur toys and walks back to where Ming Yu was.

Seeing Yan holding two big scary dinosaurs, Ming Yu couldn't help but asked, "You're so big, and still want to play with dinosaurs?"

"It's not for me. I'm planning to buy these two lovely dinosaurs for the kid that you are buying those clothes for."

Ming Yu couldn't help, but feel touched upon hearing Yan Lu's words. He softened a bit and said, "I'm buying these clothes for Lan. It's his birthday today."

"Lan? Whose Lan?"

"You don't need to know. But I suggest you put those scary dinosaurs away, it would frighten Lan if he sees them."
