(Josephine's POV)

I'm dying.

Well I feel like I'm dying.

Could anyone's situation be worse?

Probably, but right now I'm dying.

Why?

I'll tell you.

It all started the moment I woke up.

How?

I woke up late for work. Well I woke up at a time that meant I was going to be late by the time I got ready. I ran to the kitchen and grabbed a bowl of cereal.

That's where incident number one happened. I dropped the bowl causing it to shatter. Glass, cereal, and milk went everywhere. I cleaned it up quickly as best as I could before heading for the shower.

On my way to the shower, I stubbed my toe. I've never stubbed my toe. How is that possible if I'm blind?

Well when my parents got me this apartment, they grew out a map for me and walked me around it so I could get use to the layout. Since I moved in, morning has moved. Not a single inch. Titan, however, bumped into a table and cause it to move a little bit. That's how I stubbed my toe.

Now, onto why I'm dying.

I have fallen....

In the shower.

I have a walk-in shower. No bathtub whatsoever. I slipped and when I fell, I hit my head off the wall.

Just hit my head? That should be no problem.

Ohhh no. I hit my head and I landed weirdly on my ankle. Weirdly enough to bring tears to my eyes.

That's the predicament that I'm in now. I'm blind, possible sprained or broken ankle, and my head is throbbing.

It's a great day to be alive.

Luckily, I take my phone with me to the shower since it's waterproof and I listen to music.

It would take my family a while to get here, so I called Marie. She didn't answer and that's when I remembered that she had a doctors appointment, so I left a voicemail.

I spent the next fifteen minutes trying to get up. I couldn't do it.

I'd almost given up when I heard my front door open.

"Marie?! Is that you?" I called.

It took several minutes before the person responded and my stomach dropped.

"It's me. Marie told me your code to get in. She said you needed help. She's at the doctor." Kai said.

"I slipped in the shower and hurt my ankle."

"What do you want me to do?"

"Promise to close your eyes?"

"Promise, Fi."

"Can you come in and hand me my robe."

"Uh yeah."

I heard the door open and I prayed to God that he closed his eyes.

"It should be on your left." I said.

Seconds later, my robe landed in my lap and I quickly put it on.

"I think I'm good now. You can open your eyes."

Kai then stepped closer and helped me up. By help me up, I mean he lifted me up bridal style. That was my first time getting a sense at his overall.....physique.
