"happy birthday to you!" The Why Don't We boys sang to Daniel as they were live on instagram. "Thanks guys! I wish we could be out celebrating with you guys tonight but don't worry, we'll be back and out there with y'all soon." Daniel said and smiled

The boys were all crowded around Corbyn's phone in his - dorbyn's - room on Daniel's 21st birthday. Yes they were all still on a break but Daniel didn't want the Limelight's missing his birthday, it felt truly the best with his fans there.

Corbyn hopped up from the floor where they were sitting and dashed out of the room. He came back in seconds later with a small cake. Corbyn sat back down, handing the boy the cake with glowing candles on top before pecking his cheek. Daniel and Corbyn were happily out so there was no surprise.

"make a wish love" Corbyn said quietly as he smiled at his boyfriend. Daniel quickly made a wish, sucking in a breath before he released it, blowing out the candles. The boys clapped and people on the live watched with happiness as all five of the amazing boys smiled and laughed happily together. The break really was treating them well.

After corbyn removed the hot candles he innocently scooped up some of the icing with his hand before wiping it all over the brunettes face, moving his hand down smudging more icing over his neck and chin as he grabbed it cupping it gently to pull him into a passionate kiss.

The rest of the boys quickly said a goodbye to the fans before the two started making out. Daniel was the first to pull away, smiling at the three boys who he considered his brothers. "Thank you guys for making today such an amazing day. i don't say it enough but i love you boys." Daniel said with a cakey smile. "on behalf of us, we love you too cake face." Jonah said, everyone laughing at the comment while Daniel embarrassingly tried to lick off all the cake that was around his mouth. "but for real Daniboy, we love you too and we're so glad we could be here to celebrate with you." Zach added, smiling at the brunette.

They all gave each other quick goodnights as the three boys opened the door, exiting before closing it again. Corbyn got up and grabbed a tissue, wiping his hand quickly before chucking Daniel the box.

As the brunette cleaned up Corbyn moved the cake to the small table next to Daniel's side of the bed to make sure it wouldn't get stood on during the night. He then stripped of his shirt, throwing it into the laundry pile by their door.

"21, it's unreal. you've come so far and i'm so proud of you baby." Corbyn spoke softly as he sat down on the bed. Even in their dimly lit room Corbyn could see the red tint in his lovers cheeks. "and i owe some of it to you. i wouldn't be who i am today without you." Daniel said, wiping his cheek one more time before standing up, placing the tissues on the nightstand and walking towards the blonde.

Corbyn hooked his fingers into Daniel's belt loops on his black jeans, pulling him closer to him. The blonde looked up at him and grinned. "Thanks for the best day ever" Daniel said smiling looking into the glimmering eyes of his lover. "you're welcome. hey you have a little icing on your neck." The blonde replied, standing up and gripping the boys chin. "Where?" the younger ask lifting his hand to rub at his neck. Corbyn grabbed his arm gently, muttering a 'i'll get it love'.

The blonde tilted Daniel's chin, leaning in and licking a soft stripe up the boys neck, tasting the delicious buttercream icing on the tip of his tongue. Daniel shivered at the warm sensation, his breath hitching in his throat. He expected Corbyn to pull away but instead he did the opposite, leaning back in to begin pressing soft kisses to the tanned skin.
