messages and posts were immediately starting to roll in, notifications going so crazy that the brunette was getting confused. The blondes dm's were flooded and so were Daniel's eyes.
"corby-" He mumbled, handing him his phone. "ah shit" Corbyn muttered as he opened a couple requested dm's, seeing what instagram was blowing up about. "baby you didn't add it to my close friends, you shared it to my story." The blonde sighed and Daniel felt so guilty, small tears starting to roll down his perfect face. "i'm sowwy bean, my fumbs are too big" The brunette stated sadly as he looked down at his thumbs. "no no no baby, you have perfect hands, they fit so nicely in mine. don't cry, it was an accident" Corbyn said and pecked the boys cheek and he grabbed Daniel's hand and laced their fingers together.
Corbyn didn't bother to delete the post on his story considering half his followers had already seen it and the other half would find out even if he did. Plus he thought maybe it had happened for a reason. They always wanted to tell the fans, their manager told them they could do it whenever but the two just hadn't felt like they needed to yet. Maybe it was because they were both so uneasy about coming out and that they would just take a little while to come to terms with telling them but now that he thinks about it, no one is really ever ready. Corbyn was hoping they wouldn't notice Daniel acting's oddly smaller, he didn't want the boy to stress. However he knew that everyone knows now that they're dating, the kisses on Daniel's shoulder and cheek gave that away.
"Can Daniel be big for me?" Corbyn said, rubbing his hip lightly to sooth him. "i no wanna" The brunette spoke. "please bubba, i need you to." Daniel nodded and grabbed Corbyn's phone, scrolling down through his playlists until he found his 'getting out of little space' playlist. Listening to music he would listen to at normal Daniel's age helped him to come out of his little space.
After a song or two Daniel was back to normal, tears still in his eyes as he fell further into the arms of his boyfriend. "i'm so sorry corbs" he muffled into his hoodie covered hands that were over his face. "babe it's fine, i think we've both realised there will never be a time where we are ready to come out. maybe time decided it for us. plus your secret is still safe, i don't think people could tell. everything's fine, it's going to be ok." Corbyn whispered soothingly into his lovers ear, rocking them gently.
"Do you want to post a coming out video? but don't feel pressured, it's only if you want to." The blonde asked gently, Daniel nodded hesitantly. "ok babyboy"
Daniel turned around and lay flat against his boy, the same position like earlier. Corbyn held the phone in front of the two so they were both in view and pressed the red button.
"Hey guys, um. So we're here to address the video clip Daniel accidentally posted to my story instead of close friends." Daniel looked up at Corbyn and Corbyn looked down at Daniel, they awkwardly smiled at each other before continuing. "well the thing is, as you probably gathered, Daniel's mine." Corbyn spoke and smiled, glancing down at his boyfriend who's cheeks turned a light red.
"I'm bisexual and Corbyn just has a high libido." Daniel laughed. "Daniel James Seavey! keep it pg." Corbyn spoke jokingly. "i'm actually gay, well demisexual." The blonde added. "i hope this doesn't change the thought you have on us and the band. we're still the same people, actually we aren't because we were closeted. we hope you still support us and well, we love you guys." Corbyn spoke and smiled. "wait- um before you stop it because we're being honest i might as well say something else-" Daniel started before Corbyn shook his head and angled the camera away. "baby you don't have to do that right now. you can always tell them another time once this has settled in? there's no pressure." The blonde spoke and kissed Daniel's cheek, rubbing the boys side with his free hand. "i want to corby, plus if i do it now than i won't have to worry about it later." Daniel said quietly and Corbyn nodded, facing the camera towards them once more.
"Well i'm Daniel, but i have a secret. When i get stressed or this one makes me feel small i, well i um. go into a different headspace. when i posted that clip of Corbyn i was a little which is probably how i got it on his story in the first place. um this is really hard and i hope no one hates me. it's just my way of coping. now we can say goodbye." Corbyn looked at Daniel the whole time, admiring how strong his boyfriend was. Daniel looked at him and smiled. "we love you guys, hope all of you are doing well." The older boy said softly, still looking at Daniel. Daniel turned back to the screen breaking eye contact which made Corbyn turn. They both smiled and Corbyn ended the video.
He sent it to Daniel so they could post it at the same time. They were excited to be out but they were also scared. Once captioning it with 'love is love' and putting a small side note to ask questions so they could answer them in a live stream later on, they got ready to post them.
"you ready?"
"no, but i'll never be. how about you?"
"i'm with you on that same boat, but i'm by your side so i'm perfect."
"i love you corby"
"i love you too dani"
and the two clicked the post button and waited for everyone to start commenting.
