The day was cold, the wind whistling outside as light rain tapped at the roof of Corbyn and Daniel's cozy home.
The two boys had woken up earlier than they wanted, still in their work mode as it was only the start of their small holiday. Corbyn rolled over to face his gorgeous husband, his bright blue eyes now greyer, reflecting the weather outside. However neither boy was upset about the weather, winter was their favourite season especially during the holidays as it gave them ample time to cuddle.
The blonde smiled tiredly at his loved one, the cream sheets all the way up to his chin and he snuggled further down. Daniel smiled softly back, scooting closer to Corbyn before the blonde pulled him into his chest, the brunette letting out a light laugh.
Corbyn wrapped both arms securely around his frame, cuddling into him and pressing kisses to his covered shoulder. Daniel hummed and pecked the boys neck, bringing his arm up to run it through the blonde locks he loved so much. They just cuddled and spoke softly to one another, mornings like these being their favourite. The two stayed like that until the late morning before deciding they should get something to eat.
Corbyn climbed out of bed and fixed his side of the duvet, straightening it out with the help of Daniel once he got out of bed. The two then threw on their oodies, Corbyn's being a soft peach while Daniel's was a baby blue. When they first ordered them they were the other way round but decided they liked the others more after a couple of days.
Corbyn made fried eggs to go on toast for a nice brunch while Daniel found a movie to compliment the cozy rainy vibe. The two watched movies and ate snacks for the whole day until the sun started to set. The two boys started cooking a nice meal, fresh vegetables were prepared for a nice salad while the blonde fried some chicken fillets. The two shared a nice dinner with some red wine, small conversation being made.
The married couple had finished dinner a while ago and decided to make hot chocolate. Once the two had their hands warming up from their cups of delicious hot chocolate the two went upstairs, making their way into the en-suite.
The older of the two put his cup down to fill up the porcelain bath with warm bubbly water for the two. When the bath was ready Corbyn got in, sighing happily as the warmth spread over his cold limbs, he beckoned Daniel in who gladly agreed and hurried in, situating himself between the blondes legs. They sipped on their hot chocolates as they listened to soft music that Daniel had gotten up on his phone, it was one of their many playlists.
After soaking in the bath for a while they got out, deciding it was time to get to bed even if they wouldn't be getting to sleep till late. The two threw on some nice jumpers, the one Daniel wore being Corbyn's before putting on sweatpants. The two eagerly snuggled up to each other when they got into their cold bed.
"i love winter" Daniel hummed satisfactorily i love you" Corbyn responded, getting lost in his boys eyes. "i love you most" Daniel replied and they shared a soft smile. The two happy boys shared a soft kiss before starting to talk about nothing in particular till the early morning until they eventually fell asleep to the soft sound of snow.
