Part 3: The New Beginning

It' been 500 human years that past since the three soul received their punishment. Its been so long but for their land, it only a week past since their time flows different in the land of human.

Beauty decided to step on the land instead of going back to their realm. She knows that her doings are unforgivable and deserve to right the things she done by also looking at the stone to bring their land back to it peace. Having experience pain in the river of fire, Beauty's emotion harden and her personality also change from a bright child to a cold and jaded woman. She also decide to not meddle in human business as she is afraid to make another mistake again. Her life in the river of fire consist of pain and adding to it is her last conversation to Hanoi as she decided to vanish eternity once all things are put in right. The happening that time also plays in her head as she always recall the fear emotion Hanoi has when a soldier put sword on him and force the young guy to kneel and ask for the forgiveness on the things that he has no idea about.

Now, Beauty's only goal to is find him and make his suffering stop. She wants nothing but to be sure that his life will fulfill the dream he ever wanted. But being new to the land of human, Beauty has no idea where to start and now she feels afraid to her surrounding. She think about Hanoi again and knows that he also feel the same back before when he went to their land. She has no idea about what people do but have to blend and act like them.

She found her self in the time called Joseon Dynasty. The land where divided by aristocrat and slave and being new, Beauty has been take as a slave and sold to a house own by the ministry of the kingdom. In there she was bullied because of her naivety and inability to do things the other told her to do. All task given to her where failed and sometimes cause damage to the property such as fire in the kitchen and clothes being destroy by her laundry. Those failed task earn her beating from the head slave and sometimes being starve for a days. Experiencing those thing, Beauty still manage to keep a cool head but her seriousness didn't skip to others and her rarely speak and doesn't give her name.

One day, the eldest male of the family come back from the war and the house is busy for the preparation of his coming. They said that the eldest son always bring glory for his family and the nation considered him as a hero. The family is known to their land because of the eldest son's recognition, they even mange to send their daughter as the wife of the prince making the family influential . But despite their glory the family stays humble to everyone even their slaves and Beauty is annoyed because the beating she receive only came from those heads that abuse their power over the other slave.

Beauty is assigned to collect water as they are afraid that she might bring down the house in mess if they let her do hard job and want here to be away to the people as her face is pretty enough to captured the aristocrat man. She knows that the beating she received are not command by the family but by the head slave who is also fueled with jealousy towards her. But the pain she received is just a minor to the one she experience in the river of fire, where all pains of the world stored and human who make a grave sin send there to suffer.

The day comes and the celebration begin, everyone is happy when the eldest son come back. But Beauty stays hidden from crowd along with others as they were task to fence a water for the cooking. Since being away they have no chance to see the other aristocrat and even the man of the night. They were only heard gossip and found that even the king send a person on his behalf to represent. It is the prince whom the daughter of the house married and say that he is a good looking man and every one envies the daughter for marrying a handsome man. They also found that even the eldest has a fair look and even joke that his beautiful face is used to convince the enemy to retreat. Beauty didn't join them and instead is focus on her work to lessen the mistake she might do.

 As she send water to the kitchen, one of the son of ministry found her and sure enough captivate by her beautiful face. He tried to have a conversation to her in which she immediately ignore but the son who is spoiled from the riches grab her hand and demand to make advantage on her. The argumentation capture the people and soon , she is being drag in front by the arrogant son who demand the house owner to sold the slave for him.

But the father calmly talk to the arrogant boy and shame him in front of the others making the guy retreat with his head bow. Beauty still on the ground with her head low as she tried to subdue her emotion then suddenly a cloth cover her as she notice that her dress has been teared by the arrogant man. And it is forbidden in that land to show a bare skin, she tried to look and is shocked to see that Hanoi is the eldest man who cover her to the people. She stand in place frozen by looking to a man whose fate she altered hundred years ago.
