Part 14: Immortal World

Mark heard that Yuki and Mirasol plan to go on a vacation and decided to get the information, he told it to Henry and the guy is reluctant to leave but Mark force him sensing that he miss the presence of Yuki in which the guy did not deny but has no idea why he feel some strange about her. They drag Mi Ja in their adventure and locate their friend.

The two immortals plan to go back on their land using a calamity as the gate but is surprise to see their friend who also followed them, the three has no idea about their adventure and warn too late as the ground shake and and eruption occur. The soil crack open and everyone fall on the pit, Mark is the first to wake up and is puzzled by the place he is in until he heard Mirasol shouting to Yuki about their returned. The group decided to take shelter to a nearby cave since the weather is not good and will rain soon. Inside they scold the three for following them and the humans point Mark as the culprit and the poor guy sink on the corner wanted to be not seen as the immortals glare at him.

They explain their location and the guys where amazed to see the other world but Yuki clearly told them that the land forbidden its presence to the human. They take the food they had and decided to stay for the night in the cave, as everyone is taking their rest Henry who is not asleep take a walk and saw Yuki who is siting at the entrance of the cave looking at the moon. She told him about the wonders of it and even told a little story she has on the place. Henry mention his familiarity to the place and told that he saw it when he was a child and believe to be a dream and Yuki agreed to his assumption and did not speak further. She continue to stare at the moon having not notice that Henry is staring at her and thinking about something.

The next day, the group is awaken by the loud sound, it came from a volcanic eruption and the catastrophe is connected to their world. They decided to leave the place and look for the town in near. The three mortals where amazed to see Yuki and Mirasol dress in the style that the land look, they need to disguise in order not to attract attention knowing that the two lady is not a welcome guess to the land. As they look around Yuki can see the impact of her own mistake and started to feel the pain in her chest. They look for a place to eat and settle to a nearby restaurant, from there Mark and Henry is having a trouble to eat while Mi Ja seem familiar to the food as she told them that Mirasol feed it to her when she was little. Soon a group of man who just came from hunting went it and Yuki notice the changes in the land and note of the long absentee they have to the place. As they listen the group discuss about the lack of animals and having a shortage of the food, the conversation makes the two sad so Mark tried his effort to cheer them but it only attract the attention of the other customer who note on the language they used. Yuki decided to distract them and let her friend escape as they follow the lady who run on different place, Mi Ja realized that Abel is one step ahead of them and knows that Yuki is in the place that even the poster with her new face is scattered everywhere making the town people recognized her.

She tried to figure out the source but they were busy as a run away and trying to figure out their escape. The team ended up back in the cave and saw Yuki is reach the place first, Mark apologized but Yuki understand his intention and did not scold the guy. The evening come and everyone is asleep when Mi Ja try to wake Yuki up and have a private conversation. She explain her notice to the place and even told that Abel knows their presence and is one step ahead, she ask about the destiny stone but Yuki told that she went back unprepared and still has no idea about the location of the said stone. She explained that she want to stop the calamity that might happen to the human land by stooping Abel in his rebellion and delay the tragedy to happen but has no idea on how as she just went base on the emotion. Mi Ja suggest that to find the stone but only Yuki can sense it. She has no idea on how but realized that the event that happen underwater might be the reason as she is the near creature on the stone when it disappear. But still she tried to accept Mi Ja's idea and tried to figure out the way back to her land, she even told her some clue that might help her to figure out such as the shape of the stone.
