Part 11: Deeds and Action

It has been a hundred years since Yuki feel an Omen of disaster and thought that her ability is long gone since many calamity came but none of them is felt by her. In the present day she feels it again and is surprise since she wants to used its opportunity to see someone from the land of the dead. She travels to the volcanic Island in Indonesia and found that the place has no person around who might be killed in the oncoming casualty.

She entered the place and found herself in the land of the dead facing Maya who is smiling at her. The girl told her that she saw everything from the fountain's reflection. Yuki is surprise by this since she has no idea that a dead can see the current happening in the human land. But Maya told her that the fountain only show what someone is desire and rarely allowed the soul to see what they want. She even state that it can sometimes show them the answer and found that she is destined to die but Yuki's intervention change her faith giving her body to walk on earth on the expense of Yuki's original body, it answered the lady's question. Suddenly the fountain reflect a things such as action from the past that Yuki did and the consequences, the reflection also show those who were affected by it such as the fall down of kim's household 400 years ago and the faith of grandchildren whom she buy the freedom 80 years after the family demise. Some were good but most were tragedy as they continue to struggle in their life as time goes on. Yuki si saddened by this since most of those who meet tragedy were beyond her assistant and realized that she only focus on the generation of Kim's Family but regret the life of the slave she brought freedom.

Yuki sink in the ground and feel devastated because she thought that those dear to her were living in greatness but only the people she has an assistant only change their faith. Then the fountain shows to her the image of the pass, when Fate gave her a map of forbidden forest and when Caleb went to the cave where Hanoi and arrest him, the reflection also show what happen when the stone of destiny vanish. The stone turns in half before in turns to light. The other one went to the human realm while the other part vanish. Holding a desperation to know the truth Yuki ask the fountain where the stone can be found but it didn't respond instead it shown Yuki the night when Fate meet someone and given the map where she gave to her the next morning.

It is only a bit and Yuki didn't manage to see its face but the clues where enough for her to doubt Fate's loyalty. She feels betrayed and angered of the revelation but Maya hold her hand and Yuki feels the warm of her touch, she calmed by her soft touch and suddenly they were transported to the green meadows the same one that she saw on her dream but instead of Fate it is Maya she is with, her appearance revert back to her old face. There Maya make her a promised to make the life of her family secured as well as Mark. By the mention of his name, the lady blush and Yuki recognized it as a crush. Maya explain her status before in which Yuki already knows but having a crush to the guy is a surprise to her but promised the girl about his life.

As they bid farewell, Yuki gave her sincere apology to the girl but instead Maya just thanks her for allowing her body to life knowing that the cause of it is Yuki's original body to vanished. She told her that she only waits for her visit before being reincarnated in which the Creator acknowledge. Saying his name is surprise to Yuki since she never spoke to him again after her punishment in the River of Fire and thinking that he already abandon them. But Maya assured her that when they talked the Creator has a face of guilt but she hesitate to ask knowing that things are bound to exist for a reason. By their farewell, Yuki transported back alone to the fountain and this time saw the Creator standing on the other side. Without communication Yuki knows that their land is in trouble of drought due to the missing stone and promised the Creator that she will accomplished her task and vanished as the real part of her punishment in which the Creator agreed without speaking. He point her to the mountain and this time, she saw an image of a guy whom she knows is the reincarnation of Hanoi and by his only silhouette she feels the pain stab in her heart. The fountain even shows her the true condition of their realm and realized that the rebels are making their plan to take the throne to the Creator but he knows all of it and stay to be in silent.

Yuki doesn't understand why he do no action but the Creator just told her that nothing in the world will not be fixed base on its fate and she disappeared leaving Yuki who didn't understand his word. As she bound to leave the place the fountain show her an image of the past and realized that their action has been planned by a person but she has no clue on its identity.

She returned back after her long vacation and even brought some souvenir, on her long absence many things happen to their office such as a quick promotion of Henry to a General Manager, things that Yuki didn't though he will grab fast since he should take a little step. Mark even pester her more and told her about Mirasol's activity. Yuki is irritated by the mention of her name but manage to hide her emotion as she wants to confirm her first.

It's Friday and their department is busy for the team building and Mark is also included to join them as part of this department to assist the event in which he agreed immediately. Next morning before going to their department's meeting place, Yuki visit Mirasol who is surprise by her sudden appearance, in there she confronts her friend about the map she gave to her long time ago that eneded them being vanished. At first Mirasol choose to stay silent but being true to Yuki's emotion she decided to tell a partial truth of the event. She told her that someone gave her the map in which she gave to Yuki. The details are already known to Yuki who demands to know the person who ask Mirasol but the lady is firm in her decision to not tell anyone so Yuki brought up the meeting she had to Caleb, this took Mirasol by surprise and didn't deny the fact that Caleb is the one who request the meeting. Yuki is not interested to the relationship her friend has to her enemy but only curios on why he went to the human land knowing. Mirasol explained that he wanted to help them but her reason didn't buy Yuki's suspicion and instead directly told her that Caleb is a dangerous creature. Mirasol's lack of surprise confirms her doubt and Mirasol started to change her attitude towards the girl. She  accused Yuki of being faked and always brought the deeds she do for them. Soon their conversation turns into a heated conversation as Yuki told her that she is a good actress for her to be believed.

She left the house of madness and when she reach the gate show Abel standing, she glare at him and even given a warning to stay away from Mirasol in which her friend heard and disagreed saying that Yuki knows no love since she already shut her heart to the world. This take the last straw to the lady's patience as she leave.

Thunderstorm can be heard around when the lady's department went to their trip and Mark knows that it was cause by Yuki's gloomy mood that the weather is in crazy state. Yuki just stay silent for the whole trip and even Henry noticed it. They reach the location but the loud thunder makes their team to retreat back since they had no idea when the rain will fall. In their room Mark pester Yuki and when she had enough of his antics she shout at him to stop annoying her specially mentioning the name of Mirasol. Her loud voice cause the rain to pour and barely remember that her mood can affect the weather system.

The team decided to make their activities in door and soon everyone is drunk while Yuki sit near the balcony and Mark join her to apologized but instead she is the one who said sorry and so the guy didn't bother to ask her anymore but instead just sit with her side and join the lady to a star gaze.

Unknown to them Henry is also there having a bottle of beer in hands and want to comfort Yuki for her downcast mood. Soon Mark decided to go back since he feel sleepy and Yuki decided to go back also. They looked around and see that everyone is already went back to their room to sleep. Mark says his goodnight to his friend as Yuki decided to go on her room. As she walks alone she saw someone near and go to check the person. In the bench, she saw Henry sleeping near to him are may empty beer so Yuki decided to carried him back to his room, she tucks him on his bed as she's doing it suddenly she was again captivated from his smell paste her lips on his bared chest, as she smell his scent Yuki realized that it is familiar and shocked to realized where she smell it, the scent is the same to Kim Byung Ho she stared at his face and surprise to see the reincarnation of Hanoi in front of her.
