Part 4: Destiny at Play

Beauty was shocked to see the face of a man who she feels indebted to, it was smiling straight to her as she is covered by his cloth as her skin is seen due to the tattered dress.

The eldest son whose name is Kim Byung Ho help Beauty send to the room and get dress. The other servant were amazed by his action and feel envious to the lady. There one of the daughter help her get dress and for the first time Beauty feel their kindness. They had no idea about the beating she received and the bully the lady experience for every mistake she done. The youngest daughter whose name is Kim Mi Ja helped her and very sweet as she talked to Beauty who still remains quiet despite the conversation Mi Ja do. Soon the young daughter get tired to the solemn respond she give and decided to send her back to her place. As she went outside, Beauty found Byung Ho waiting outside as he told her his concern to her well being, Beauty just nod her head but not understanding the whole conversation as she still having a hard time to communicate with the language they used. She remembered that she once tried to have a conversation with people but not knowing their language, she end up being slave and send to the Kim household. From their she tried to learn speak but being quiet she learns only few words and decided to outcast her self from other. She want to leave the household but every time she do that, circumstances arose and stop her plan.

By seeing Hanoi's reincarnation she realized that the reason she can't live the place is because the Creator still help her to her fate. One day, while on the forest to help carry her master's thing, Beauty remembered that the creator once visit her in the river of fire and told her to undo her mistakes by she need to find the balance stone and sacrifice her life for it's power. According to him, the stone needs a soul to be able to work again once it is returned. Beauty agreed but do a favor to make a good life for Fate and Hanoi but the Creator told her that his punishment is cannot undo, he needs a stone to revised the order. He told him that her fate will always entangled to Hanoi and she will suffered more that the pain in river of fire. After her punishment is over, Beauty decided to conceal her emotion minimized the damage is might feel but has no idea by the Creator's word of suffering more than the pain in River of Fire.

She carried her master's things all the way to the mountain where he practice is swordsmanship and her as his companion. While practicing his sword, Byung Ho notice the intent gaze of Beauty and decided to ask her a question. From there he found out that she is not weird as the other said but because she can't understand them making her become an outcast. He decided to teach her and Beauty is impressed by his gesture of kindness. Soon she's able to write and read their language as well and Byung Ho is amazed by her improvement. Even Mi Ja teach her a lady etiquette and becomes her friend. The closeness she got to the family make more slave envies and called her a snake for trying to seduce the eldest son. But Beauty is immune to their accusation and instead focus on how she can make Byung Ho's life better. They spend more and more time over and Beauty realized that she started to have a feeling to him and Byung Ho also reciprocate her emotion. But their love is forbidden by the law as aristocrat are destined to marry based on family's decision. Beauty accept the fate she has as she knows that this is the pain the Creator told her about. But she is still happy as Byung Ho wed a person who is nice to him and they even blessed with a child.

Their family soon become influential and the king is bothered by this as he feels jealous to the glowing popularity of Kim's Household. Even some ministered where alarmed by the issue and one of them Minister Han whose son where shame in the party of Kim's Household before used the opportunity to poison the king's mind and accuse them of treason for gaining the sympathy of people and trust them more than the king. Those their daughter who is a princess where remove from the titled and sentence to live in exiled. The Kim's family where strip of their tittle and their slave were send to different master together with the woman of the family. The Head of the Family and son's where sentence to death and be hang. It cause to much pain to Beauty as she's been sold to the brothel. She escape the place and went to the prison to look for Byung Ho but she saw him in a devastating state and feel pain she she knows that his demise is due to the fate cast on him. She tried to help them escape but being a good person, Byung Ho accept his faith and stay in the prison. Beauty cried her heart out to the impending doom of those who become close to her and decided to continue their legacy as she will take care of his son who is sent to the brothel to become a slave. She promise to take care of their generation for so long, Byung Ho who has no idea that he befriend an immortal laugh at it but with tears plead her to fulfill her promise to give his son a decent life.

Beauty went back and this time is full of determination to help their son escape his faith, she heard that the wife of Byung Ho and her mother dies making the son become orphan as his father will soon follow his ancestor to the other world. Few days past and beauty still manage to become a stubborn as she reject the advantage of the man for her. One day, she was surprise to see the arrogant son as she serve them drinks. The man boost his father's influence about the demise of Kim's House hold and Beauty tried to hold her angered but Byung ho's son heard it and attack the man. His action earn him beating and Mi Ja, who is also sent as a slave help his nephew to get back to health. Being above in status now Mi Ja did not talk to Beauty anymore and even reject her help for them. But Beauty is so stubborn that she still insist to help them and told them about her plan to leave not just a place but the country and told them about other place where no one will recognized them. At first Mi Ja is skeptical but Beauty persistence change her mind and that night they plan their action. Beauty buy three tickets for them to smuggle themselves to China and leave to the western land.

But her plan failed as they found themselves running from a slave hunter so Beauty decided to bait herself and give time to Mi Ja and Byung Ho's son to escape. She told them not to look back at her as she will be the one to find them. She told them that she will make sure that their generation continue as a promised she gave to Byung Ho before he died. She manage to drive their attention making an opportunity for the others to run, they reach the boat on time and manage to loss their pursuer as they cannot reach them but Mi Ja is sad to know that Beauty is not in the boat instead she is from the raven and looked the boat with hopeful eyes in her hand she hold another ticket and plan to continue her way but will looked to them from afar as being immortal is the thing she can't tell to them.

Beauty provide the things they need while looking from afar, the job for Mi Ja and better school for her nephew. They had no idea that it was her that help them as they believe that she is already captured and believe to be killed. Years past and Byung Ho's son grow up, Mi J also build a family on her own. They established a business and live a proper life in the western country where people like them are not criticized and can go on peace.

They live in the country called England and Beauty follow them, from that place she recornized a familiar face and was happy to see that it was Fate, a friend she have when they were on the realm of Gods. She established herself to the land and known for tailoring business in which the Queen even approach to ask for a dress. She becomes influential and many guys adore her but manage to maintain a secret life away from people. Being indebted to Beauty she decided to took care of her and the responsibility she has especially when she heard the story that happen to Beauty.

Beauty on the other hand started to learn a new language so she can move freely to the new land she has and continue to monitored Mi Ja and her nephew. Being immortal, she is sad when one day she heard the news of her passing and their business manage by new personnel. But that is what she want, their generation to continue a life in luxury.

Time pass and world changes, but the two immortal still remain. Their heart already harder by the goodbyes they experience and the changes of name and nature become common to them. Byung Ho's generation still continue but the original heritage is gone as they were now a little of Joseon Blood in them. World change and so does the country's name, war has been come and gone and people's status change. Slavery abolished all over the world and woman's stand change as they were now has an equal rights as a man.

Year 2019, the company is busy for the arrival of their new chairman who came from Japan. She is known as the evil daughter of the late chairman and being the only daughter all the inheritance were given to here.

The car arrived and the person in talked came out. She walk to the carpet provided to her by the employee to lined up to see her glance. From the end of the carpet she look back and smile at the employee. It is Fate who is now hold the name of CEO Mirasol Abueva. Somewhere a girl is sitting at the cafe drinking her coffee in peace and this is Beauty, in her neck hangs an ID and this identification states that she is a current Freshman to a University and goes by the name of Yuki Faye a Japanese nationality who is currently under the program of exchange student to the Philippines.
