13 - Straight As A Circle

Dahyun POV

Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Jihyo, Chaeyoung and I are sitting in the cafeteria having lunch. It was silent until Nayeon breaks it.

"Are you dating Sana now?" Nayeon asks me.

"What?" I ask confused. "I am not dating Sana, Nayeon"

"You went on a date with her"

"That doesn't mean I'm dating her" I say.

"She's right, Nayeon" Jihyo says. "You don't need to date someone to go on a date with her"

"Okay" Nayeon pauses for a few seconds. "But you kissed, didn't you?"

"She's blushing" Jeongyeon comments. "They kissed"

"We didn't kiss" I say.

"But you wish you did" Nayeon says making Jeongyeon laugh.

"Shut up" Chaeyoung says loud. "You're making her uncomfortable"

"I'm sorry, Dahyun" Nayeon apologizes.

"I'm sorry too" Jeongyeon says. "Let's talk about something else"

We decided to talk about Nayeon's covers (It was Jeongyeon's idea).

When the bell rang we went to the classrooms. I sit at my seat and start writing on my notebook.

"Hey, Dahyun" I hear Mina calling me. "Can I ask you a favor?"

"Of course" I say turning around.

"Can you set me up a date with one of your friends?" Mina asks. "Sorry, that must have been too direct"

"A girl?" I ask. "I thought you were straight!"

"Yeah, straight as a circle" Mina says laughing. "I am bi, but I like girls more."

"I can do that" I say, thinking about Chaeyoung. "After this class I'm going to ask her"

"Thank you, Dahyun" She says with smile.

I start writing again, but I'm thinking about you again. I think I'm starting to like you a little, Sana.
