I tossed and turned all night. I guess I should say all day as it was now past three in the afternoon. It must of been some dream as my sheets were drenched in sweat and forcing me out of bed.I couldn't remember the dream I had but I was willing to bet it had something to do with Nancy. Hopefully something half-ass positive happened and I was able to strangle Sasha. That would be something at least but it doesn't do much good if I can't remember. Stupid dreams!
I threw on some shorts and changed my shirt before gathering up the sheets and tossing them in the washer. Not wanting to do just them I went looking for other things to toss in which wasn't hard.
Lizzy had stuff all over. She certainly wasn't the most neat person in the world. Clothes scattered throughout the bedroom and livingroom along with trash and who knows what else.
Thick black curtains completely covered the windows that now collected dust that was competing with the carpet begging to be vacuumed.
That's probably the one thing that pisses me off about her, is how she takes her mom's help for granted. For someone who doesn't work, she living rather well and should be more grateful than she is.
I gathered up the clothes when I noticed an Annalise leather jacket that would never fit Lizzy. Trying it on, it fit like a glove. Well I guess a little selfishness never hurt and I doubt she'll be back for it.
After starting the wash I had some breakfast or whatever you wanna call it which consisted of the rest of the macaroni salad I had last night. Seeing as there wasn't anything else to really eat I decided to ask Lizzy to drive me to Walmart when she got up. Truth be told, I hated driving in Seattle, the drivers here were worse than werewolves.
At about eight I started getting ready for work and was actually more concerned with what I was going to wear more than anything or anyone else. Just some old clothes would probably work but I wanted to look somewhat presentable if Anna or someone else saw me.
After wasting every possible second I could on trying to decide I finally decided on a black skirt with a black lace V-neck top and my new leather jacket.
"I approve." Lizzy said poking her head into the bathroom.
"Your friend forgot her jacket last night. "
"She's not my friend. And it looks better on you anyway." She said coldly before disappearing.
One thing about Lizzy was she treated almost everyone like shit. The only exceptions that I knew of was me and her mom. Everyone else was expendable as far as she was concerned.
As mean as it might of seem, I actually did that chick a favor. Lizzy would've had no problem tossing her out more forcefully which was one reason I stepped in. I missed with the belt on purpose, Lizzy wouldn't have.
"Why do you like me?" I said chasing after her.
"Who said I do? You're a pain in my ass." She said chuckling to herself.
"I mean it. I never see you with anyone else longer than it takes for you to fuck them so is that it? You're only nice to me because I haven't had sex with you?"
She turned around in the hallway still finding this all amusing.
"Yeah, that must be it. Where's this all come from? You haven't known me that long so for the record I do have a few friends. And them bitches like that girl last night was just like the girls who terrorized me through school. So do I feel bad for them, not at all.
Maybe that's what i like about you? We're both outcasts to the majority of society and finally told them to go fuck themselves. Maybe I can relate. Is that so weird?"
