"I can't drink!" Isabelle whined.

They all sat in a big round table, Levi sat between Eren and Mikasa, then Farlan and Isabelle. The restaurant was packed mostly with the kids from the orphanage, an acoustic band is playing some country songs. Mikasa helped Erwin with the preparations and Levi is quite impressed at the decor that was put up in the interior and the exterior of the restaurant, lights hanging on every corner, illuminating the place.

Right in front of them is a full course meal and some beer, everyone is invited in town and some of them occupy the additional tables that were placed outside.

"The doctor says so, just drink your juice," Farlan pointed. "I'll get you more juice." The blonde stood up from his seat and went to the counter to get a pitcher of juice.

"Ugh, apple flavor..." Isabelle mumbled but drank the juice anyway.

"Congratulations Isabelle, I'll have ready a gift before I leave this town, for you and as thanks for looking after my brother," Mikasa said. Levi can't help but roll his eyes, he can take care of himself and he had Eren.

"Oh, you don't have to!" Isabelle waved at her.

"Well, please accept it as thanks for forgiving me for trespassing your property." Mikasa pushed. "Also," she turned to her brother. "Are you pregnant too?"

Levi almost choked on his food. "Mikasa!" he exclaimed. "No, I'm not!"

"That's too bad, when will it be then?"

"What?!" Levi spatter, his face heating up. Sure, he thought of those things but he is not comfortable talking about it in the open. He felt another pair of eyes staring at him only to find Eren looking at him so intensely like he wanted something. "Oh dear," Levi cursed under his breath. "Maybe after a year," he said shyly before drinking his beer straight.

"Well, be sure to inform me." Mikasa casually said as she eats. "And go easy on the beer."

"Me too!" Isabelle cheered.

"Yeah, sure but not now, Eren and I had a few plans ahead of us. We are going to visit my mother-in-law." Levi quickly changed the subject. "Right, Eren?"

"Ahhh... Yeah," Eren gave him a forced smile.

Levi studied him for a while, ever since they reached the restaurant, his mate was silent and in deep thought.

"I heard 'in-laws', you should bring some gifts." Farlan suggested, coming to their table with a pitcher of juice in his hands.

"I'll work on it," Levi said to Farlan.

After that, they finished their dinner silently and sat back and enjoyed the little performance that the children prepared to thank Erwin Smith for helping them.

Levi didn't expect that the night will go on peacefully, Erwin was busy conversing with the townspeople and didn't even bat an eye at his mate. Isabelle and Farlan are currently speaking with the doctor while Mikasa got invited to dance at the dance floor by a local. And Eren. Levi blinked and searched for his mate at the crowd of people, come to think of it, the raven Omega didn't noticed that his mate actually left him alone on their table.

After a few minutes, he found him sitting in the corner, a small boy with pitch-black hair and a bright smile was talking with Eren. The boy looked like he's at the age of six and he is sitting next to his mate. The boy was laughing and showing his brand new clothes to Eren.

"Hold on," Levi squinted and noticed that that must be the boy his mate sew clothes for. Eren looks happy and pulled the boy to sit in his lap, that's when Levi noticed that the boy was missing a leg.

He watched as Eren stood up and hoist the boy in his arm, the boy cheered, wrapping his small arms around his neck. Blue-gray eyes followed his mate as he crossed the room with a boy in his arms. Eren stopped at Erwin and conversed a bit before proceeding to the lady that was managing the children before going back to Levi while smiling like an idiot.

He sat next to Levi and practically leaned on him. Still wearing that stupid smile which Levi thinks is ridiculously cute.

"What?" Levi asked while shoving the big of a puppy Alpha off him.

"Nothing, I'm just excited." Eren gave him a cheeky smile.

Levi stared at him, sure he can feel Eren's excitement over the bond and the brunet's scent screamed 'excited'. Plus, he can tell that Eren is thinking of baby names right now. Levi doesn't know how to open this up, he like the idea of having kids but he is not yet ready. They need a house of their own, a safe and nice place to live and raise the children, there is a lot to think about and Levi didn't meet his mother-in-law yet! He knew that keeping this to himself won't help him any better. After taking a deep breath, Levi is ready to break it to his mate.

"Eren, listen. I know what you are-"

"-Someday?" Eren cuts in and looked at him with his stupid puppy eyes.

"Yeah, someday," Levi confirmed with a smile.

"I can't wait!" Eren cheered and hugged the small Omega.

"I can tell," Levi chuckled and patted the brunette's head.

"I'm so excited!" Eren cheered again before going to silent. "How many contraceptives you have left?" He asked with an awkward smile.

"Eren, no," Levi rolled his eyes and pushed his mate off of him.

"But Levi," Eren pouted.

"Eren I don't think that this is the right time to discuss that, let's talk about it when we are on the road to your mother's place," Levi suggested. He knew that Eren just got overwhelmed with Isabelle and Farlan's upcoming baby and with all the cute children from the orphanage.

"Well, you're right we have a lot to pack for the trip. But we'll talk about it, right?" Eren reconfirmed.

"Yes, we will."

"Okay," He leaned again on Levi before hugging the Omega again and screamed. "I can't wait!"

"Can't wait for what?" Mikasa joined in and sat next to Levi's other side.

"We are going to have a baby!" Eren squealed.

"What?!" Levi snapped. "No-"

"Really?" Mikasa said in awe.

"Wait, no-" Levi paused when he noticed that there were actually unshed tears in her eyes.

"I'm so happy for you!" Mikasa sobbed and wrapped her arms around her twin. Eren tighten his arms around Levi, causing to raven Omega to squirm between them.

"W-wait!" He gasped.

"Am I hearing things?" Isabelle came to view.

"What is?" Farlan followed suite.

Levi can see a red light. He tried to untangle himself out of his mate and twin sister's arms but it was fruitless.

"We are having a baby too!" Eren cheered happily.

"Wait!" Levi gasped.

It was too late because the Isabelle gasped and probably wasn't able to hear after what Eren said.

"Congratulations!" The coupled cheered.

Then the whole restaurant noticed them and probably got the idea and started clapping and saying their congratulations.

"I'm not pregnant!" Levi had it. He will surely kill Eren for this.
