san had told you when you first started dating what might come from being with an idol. he told you how greatful he was to have you still be okay with dating him despite all the fans and crazy schedules he had.

you knew what you were getting yourself into because you loved him even with all the unfortunate disadvantages he came with.

you knew a lot of idols had saesangs, and you figured san and the other ateez members would have them sooner or later due to their growing popularity. but for san to have one that somehow figured out your relationship, was something that you couldn't understand.

the image was of you and san walking together in a hotel hallway. it was during kcon that you had attended with the boys because you had time off from school.

the next image was of you and san kissing at what assume to be the hotel's pool. a place which you thought would be a nice and safe place to relax with your boyfriend.

"san..."

"i'm sorry, y/n, i didn't think any of my fans would stalk me and find out about you. i wanted to protect you," he said and you could tell how stressed out he was about this. you felt terrible knowing you couldn't really do anything to stop this saesang.

"it's okay. i'm not mad or upset at you because you didn't mean for this to happen. we can get through this, i promise," you say kissing him before pulling away and hugging him tightly.

"i love you", he says as you feel your shirt start to get wet from san's tears. "thank you so much for being with me."

"i love you, too, and i wouldn't have it any other way," you say back as you gently rub his back. "then to be here in your embrace, when if you did get my shirt wet."

san laughs at you last statement before pulls back and wipes his away. "i'll talk to the company and see if they can do anything. i'm not going to let anything happen to you, y/n."

"i know you won't," you say back before pressing a kiss to his cheek.
