hades!you watch persephone!wooyoung carefully as he tends to only source of life in the underworld. his little garden you surprised him with has been growing with an assortment of flowers.

wooyoung looks up and makes eye-contact with you and gives you a beautiful smile as you quickly turn red at his smile.

"y/n! come here and sit with me!" he says cheerfully and beckons you over to him. taking careful steps you stop only inches away from where the grass is growing, knowing that once you take a step in the garden, it will only slowly die.

wooyoung notices that you won't come any further and decides to walk over to you. "here, i made this for you," he says and hands you a nicely made flower crown.

"o-oh wooyoung, i-i shouldn't," you say waving your hands in front of you. of course, he doesn't like your answer and instead goes ahead to place on top of your head.

wooyoung watches as the flower slowly start to wither and die and he only smiles as he watches. "sorry about the flowers, woo," you say softly already knowing that the flowers were dead.

"it's okay, i can always make you another one!" he says cheerfully as his hands reach for your own. your cold hands contrasting heavily with his warm ones. "i use to think that you only kept me here because you wanted my mother to suffer, but now... i know that you only wanted someone to spend time with."

"it gets lonely after being by yourself for thousands of years," you say and wooyoung laughs as he wraps his wraps around your waist and hugs you.

"i use to hate you at first, but overtime i've learned to love you and you antisocial ways," he teases and hugs you tighter once he feels your own arms wrapping around him.

"humans, gods, creatures... they are all such terrible things, but you... you make everything i have to deal with not so bad. thank you," you say whispering the last part quietly but wooyoung heard it loud and clear.

he pulls away with his usual warm smile, "let's make you another crown, yeah?"
