Zaniel AU (Love Sick).

Chapter 2

Daniel's POV:-
I woke up around 6am the next morning and got up to take a shower before a servant would bring me food.

I made my way to the bathroom and stripped, climbing into the shower and letting the warm water sooth my mind. It worked for a while until I closed the shower then I remembered I had a meeting in half an hour with the people of the royal court. I rushed out of the bathroom and quickly put on my clothes, ate my breakfast which was already lying on my beside table then proceeded to make my way downstairs. I went down to the great hallway to wait for a servant who would take me to where the meeting was being held as I myself had no idea where it was happening.

After the meeting I was ready to get some training done when I decided to scroll through my phone just to check what was happening. As I did I couldn't help but remember the boy from last night. I clearly remembered his chocolate brown eyes staring back at me with an expression full of fear.They were mesmerizing and I couldn't help fall in love with them immediately. I shook off my thoughts and tried to focus on the work in front of me but I kept getting distracted thinking of the beautiful boy.

After two hours, I finally managed to get some actual training done without getting myself distracted and decided to take it off for today. I informed my trainer that I was going home for today and headed towards my car after grabbing my bag and coat.

I drove home, changed into my sweats and decided to go for a jog in the park. Yes, we royal people did that as well. It was part of my daily routine and it helped me relax my mind.

So off I went to the park and jogged while listening to my favorite music.
I usually jogged to the end of my playlist but today I was not exactly in the mood for a long exercise. So I chose a short playlist and set off around the park, running.

Half an hour once my playlist finished, I decided to take a rest on the bench and made my way to the nearest one which just happened to be the same bench as last night.

I couldn't help but remember the boy again and got up to investigate despite the fact that I was exhausted. I slowly approached the bush just like I had done yesterday and pulled it apart.

But there was no one there. I felt my heart sink. I don't know why I thought that the boy would be back there but something inside me told me to not give up.

I was determined to find the boy and marry him. You could say it was love at first sight and I desperately wanted to meet the boy who had caught my eye after almost a decade of me not loving anyone.
