Chapter 16

Zach's POV:-
My eyes widened as I saw my aunt standing in front of me smirking.

"What the fuck? What do you want now woman?", I asked annoyed.

"What I've always wanted", she replied grinning at me.

"You can't have them", I said gritting my teeth.

"But I already have", she said in a sarcastic tone still smiling at me.

Just then she took out a knife from behind her back making my eyes widen again. Was she seriously planning on killing me ? I knew she was crazy but never knew she would do THAT.

"And now that I have them. I'll make sure to keep it that way", she said pointing the knife at my throat.

"AA...Are you seriously going to kill me?", I asked shaking now.

"Hmm. You're right", she said looking thoughtful."No. Not until I've made you sign the papers and legally gotten my custody on Ryan and Reese".

"You bitch", I replied gritting my teeth."I won't ever sign your papers".

"Fine. Then I guess I'll just have to kill you", she said glaring at me."By doing that. I'll gain custody over the two without a doubt and you'll be out of the way".

She was smirking by now. I sighed. My aunt had always been a good bargainer and a threatener.

"Okay. I'll sign your papers", I said hesitantly."But only if you promise not to hurt Ryan and Reese".

"Of Course I won't hurt them", she said."But for you I need to make sure that you do as you said because I don't want you running around to people telling them about the deal. And so I'll keep you here until the papers are finalized".

"Okay", I sighed nodding.

"And you will leave this place and stay away from Ryan and Reese if you want to stay alive and want them to stay alive", she said smirking again. God. She was an ACTUAL bitch. I hate her.

"Fine", I said glaring at her.

She started laughing like a maniac making me shake my head. She really need to go to psychiatrist. She was legit Crazy.

She untied Ryan and Reese and ordered them to follow her upstairs. They did as told probably too afraid too disobey.

I sighed sadly until she left the room then sat up straight making faint attempts to reach for the knife she had left behind. But failing as it was too far for my tied up arms to reach out and grab.

I sighed again. I just hoped Daniel would find me somehow. I didn't even know where I was to be honest. But I knew my aunt well enough to know that it was somewhere very secretive and lonely or someone would've come rescued us after the amount of screaming I had done yesterday.

I closed my eyes trying to fall asleep feeling tired but the pain in my wrists didn't let me. I sighed turning around trying to adjust myself to a comfortable angle but it didn't work. Instead the pain in my wrists increased and so I turned back to the position I had been laying on before.

I closed my eyes hoping and praying that Daniel would find me. Because I knew he could. Since he knew every inch of the forest. And I knew it was the forest judging by the greenery I saw outside of the window sill from where I was lying.
