Chapter 15

Daniel's POV:-
"This is preposterous", King Roberts said going red in the face."This was not the deal we made Jeff".

"I'm sorry Matthew. But I've made my decision", my father said looking calmly at King Roberts.

"Fine", King Roberts said."From now on we are no longer allies instead we are enemies".

"Very well Matthew" my father said still calm."But don't forget I have much more power over you and alot more supporters".

"So. What do you have want me to do?", King Roberts asked glaring my father.

"What if we settle this civilly", my father said."No one will be hurt and our kingdoms will remain joined".

"Very well", King Roberts said looking at his wife for a second before turning back to my father.

"Thank you", my father said shaking hands with him.

"I think we should leave now", King Roberts said shaking my father's hand.

My father nodded and lead him and his wife and kids out of the room but not before looking at me and smiling. I smiled back. I was happy now.

I heard someone clear their throat and turned around to see my mother smiling at me.

"I'm proud of you Dani", she said smiling at me."And I'm really sorry for what I did".

"It's okay Mom", I said."I just hope I find Zach before it's too late".

"You will sweetie", she said."I know you will".

"Thanks Mom", I said smiling at her again and hugging her.

"Now go get some rest", she said."You have training to do this afternoon".

"Okay Mom", I said going up the stairs to my room.

~Time Skip~ (Later that afternoon).
I was in the training room but I still couldn't get my mind off Zach. I was determined to find him but I had no lead.

I was currently learning how to address my subjects and how to solve their problems so I decided to focus on that for the time being.

Once training was finished, I headed upstairs to my room again and racked my brains to think of where Zach might have gone.

That night as I lay in bed I felt an uneasy feeling like Zach was in big trouble or something. I drifted off to sleep.

But I woke up a few hours later with my breathing heavy and my forehead pooled with sweat. I wiped it off and lay down again thinking about the dream I had just had.

I had dreamed that Zach was trapped in a basement somewhere tied up together with Reese and Ryan beside him. I also saw a figure coming towards them but couldn't see who it was as as soon as it was about to come in my view I woke up. I was definitely confused but I had no idea what to think of the dream.
