Angry didn't quite explained how Christina and Kyle felt towards Kella. The next couple days while Kyle spent it babysitting her and working from home, he spared no effort to taunt for being the liar he'd accused her off. And not being able to leave the house under Kyle's watch made it more difficult as Christina mounted extra pressure on her, excluding her as one of the maids but including into all the family traditions which included serving their God, full time.
A letter came in soon after the truths were revealed stating: This is just the beginning. Kyle didn't bother showing Kella this one. She showed signs of fast recovery and as soon as she could jump up and flip by herself Kyle left, ignoring her for another couple of days. Kella didn't struggle with gaining anyone's trust anymore and Angela showed her signs that she was happy with her.Unable to bear the shame of being pregnant by a man she didn't love, Renata locked herself up, not coming out for days until Christina forced her to speak with Tony. Getting up to get dressed for the meeting was distressing enough, so Christina got a driver to take her to Tony's house.
The familiar fragrance of Tony's house didn't bring her joy and comfort as it used to and all she could wish for was for everything to be over. She wasn't ready for motherhood. She wasn't dreaming of marriage. Her family has been too dysfunctional for so many years her life had followed the same pattern. No original structure. Just flowing as life took her. It brought her into the hands of Tony. But he'd made it very clear at the beginning that he didn't want any long term relationship or consideration of a future life together. Now, she was stuck with him, marriage or not.
Entering into the house after wiping off the tears that followed her from her house, she found Tony's structure backed against her pouring himself a cup of hot tea. Turning around he found Renata standing at his front, looking him straight in the eye for a conversation he'd been avoiding. He blew on his tea and took took a sip.
"So, you finally came out of your hiding place."
"I didn't have a choice." Her voice was cold, but still with the traces of regret. Silence brew among the two and Tony finally spoke up, realizing Renata wouldn't start the talk.
"What do you want?" She looked up at him. "To what do I owe this visit?"
"I'm your girlfriend." She said more like a demand than a statement
"But that's not why you are here." Renata sighed, taking deep breathes.
"What are we gonna do about this?" She looked at him with no solution in mind.
"We?" Tony raised a brow up. "I told you from the start..."
"I know." She tore her eyes away from him and brought them back. "But accidents happen."
"That baby is not an accident. You were careless."
"It takes two to do the act. Don't forget. And you can't put the blame on me. You enjoyed every bit of it."
"That's still no excuse."
"So you don't want the baby."
"I didn't say that."-
"Then what the hell do you want?" Tony looked at her, seeing all the frustration on her face.
"I want you to have the baby." Renata stared at him in surprise. "But I'm not marrying you."
"What?"
"Yea. You are gonna have that baby. But we aren't joining any life together. I'm not ready for that."
"You are 30 years old Tony. When will you ever be ready?"
"All I know you are having that baby. That's my first child. And you are not gonna murder it." Renata glared at him, feeling more helpless than she'd felt.
