"thanks for defending me" she said as soon as they left the tavern.

arthur blushed as he realized their hands were now intertwined.

"it was no problem!" he said nervously.

she laughed at the boy as she watched him, pulling her through the crowd.

they were rushing through the market so they could make it back to the castle.

but before they could make it they were stopped by the same girl from before.

"yui right?" y/n asked as she stood behind arthur.

the girl rose an eyebrow but nodded.

"sorry, i'll leave you two alone" y/n chuckled as she patted arthur's back and walked away from the two.

arthur watched as she walked towards some children that were playing a game.

"what do you see in her?" yui asked as she looked at y/n who laughed with the children.

arthur looked at her in confusion, "if you two are dating then why would you let her wear that little outfit, aren't you worried some man is gonna steal her away?" yui asked.

jealously was running through her veins as she stared at arthur.

"y/n can handle herself and i trust her" he explained to her, oblivious to the fact that yui was jealous.

she looked and saw y/n was making some red liquid float and dance around the children as they watched in awe.

"i don't think you two are dating" she smirked as she crossed her arms over her chest.

the king looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

y/n finished her little performance before making her way back over to the pair.

she had heard everything that yui had been saying but didn't want to admit she had been eavesdropping.

"hey arthur, ready to go to the castle?" she asked as tugged on his arm.

yui's jaw dropped as she pulled arthur away.

y/n turned and winked at the girl as she placed arthur's arm around her waist.
