Georgia’s POV
“Hello? Georgia, are you there?”
“Erm, yeah I’m here, hi,” I stuttered out. It was insane talking to her again.
“How…how are you?” Jess asked. She seemed as nervous as I was.
“I’m good, I think. Eleni came and visited when I got home, how are the lads?” I asked, I missed them like crazy and was deciding whether I should just go back and stay for the rest of the trip with Jess, I figured she might need me. I couldn’t decide though.
Jess’s POV
“Hello? Georgia, are you there?” I asked to the silent phone.
“Erm, yeah I’m here, hi,” she replied, stuttering slightly. She seemed nervous.
“How…how are you?” I asked. I was worried about her and the whole situation.
“I’m good, I think. Eleni came and visited when I got home, how are the lads?” she asked.
I looked at the boys, they were staring at me. I shrugged at them and they grinned a bit, except Harry, who stormed out of the room.
“Can I put you on loud speaker?” I asked her. I wasn’t sure whether she wanted to speak to them or it was just…Harry.
“Is Harry there?” she replied softly. I knew she would be like this, she wouldn’t want to talk to him for a few weeks and then eventually she would realise she was being stupid and start to talk to him again. It was a Georgia thing.
“No he isn’t, but the other boys are and I figured you would want to talk to them,” I replied to her grinning at the boys. They grinned at me happily.
“Yes please Jessie!!” she squealed drawing out the please and the end of my name. I giggled at her silliness. I missed her a lot. I clicked the loud speaker button.
“WE MISS YOU!”
“CARROTS!!”
“ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!”
“COME BACK HOME, TO US!”
“HARRY CAN BE SUCH A DICK, WE’RE SORRY!”
“ARE YOU AT SCHOOL YET?”
“DID YOU GET HOME OK?”
“HOW’S EMMA?”
“ARE YOU STILL WRITING?”
“WHO’S HOUSE ARE YOU STAYING AT?”
“WHY’D YOU DELETE YOUR TWITTER?”
“SORRY!!”
“I HOPE YOU ARE OK!”
“SUPER MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!”
These were only a few of the things I could hear that were screamed into the phone at once. And of course Louis’s superman scream cut them off. I heard Georgia laughing through the phone. She began to laugh like me a little bit and of course she started snorting so that was pretty funny.
“Ok so from what I could understand I will try and answer whatever was screamed at me,” she said, still giggling. I smiled at the boys and they grinned back, Louis still held the bag of frozen carrots to his lip. I got up and placed the phone on the coffee table and picked up the frozen bag of peas from the floor where Harry had left them.
“Alrighty, I miss you guys too! Are you having fun?” she began answering her questions. The boys faltered a bit, not sure what to say. Liam cleared his throat and they all stared at me. I threw the bags back in the freezer and ran to a seat.
“Erm yeah, everything has been… good,” I answered. Even as I said it, it seemed more of a question than anything.
Georgia’s POV
I laughed at the boy’s ridiculousness; they can be such children sometimes.
“Alrighty, I miss you guys too! Are you having fun?” I asked, curious to see what they had been doing the three days since I left. I heard silence and someone clear their throat. Okay, so awkward question.
“Erm yeah, everything has been… good,” Jess answered for the boys. She didn’t sound too sure of herself, as though she were asking me whether it was ok to have a good time.
“Awesome!” I shouted back. I heard someone sigh in relief, I shook my head slightly, something bad must have happened.
“Yeah, I know huh!” Niall replied. I giggled at his accent over the phone.
“Oh and before I forget Emma says hello,” I giggle out. I hear whooping and wolf whistles. ‘Must have been Niall’s face,’ I thought to myself.
“CARROTS!!!!!” I screeched into the phone. It was dead silent for a second before everyone started laughing.
“Oh shit, we have that interview in like 20 minutes!” Liam shouts suddenly. I laugh, very unlike daddy direction.
“Well go! Wait! What channel? I wanna watch!!” I yell at my phone, flopping onto my bed and picking up the TV remote.
“It’s an English channel love, you won’t get it over there,” Zayn told me softly.
“Oh yeah,” I say, facepalming, “I’ll search it up on YouTube later!”
“Alrighty then, bye Georgia!!” Liam says.
“Bye guys!!” I scream back. They laugh at me.
“BYE GEORGIA!” they screech back. The phone cuts off and I sigh and look down at my phone. The picture was of Harry and I, I was smiling and he was kissing my cheek. I wonder how he is…
Harry’s POV
I ruined it; I ruined it because I was selfish. I couldn’t get out of this. I had done it and I felt so ridiculously bad and unhappy about it. I should have told Jess the truth from the beginning; I don’t know why I tried to lie to her. I had to make things right between Georgia and me.
I sat in my room staring at the ceiling. I had changed shirts and wiped the blood from the brawl off of my face. I heard Jess talking to Georgia and I couldn’t take it. I waited for Liam to come and get me to go to the interview. Liam finally came and got me and we were hustled out into the van. I sat in the back thinking to myself. How on earth could I get her back? And suddenly it hit me.
I begged the boys to help me, we were meant to be performing the song anyway, why couldn’t it help me get her back? It took a lot of convincing on Louis and Niall’s part but they agreed in the end. I only hope she would watch it…
