Chapter 21

"Must have been one hell of a nightmare" minx mumbled as i rubbed my sore neck
"Tell me about it" i chuckled tiredly

*time skip*
Minx had decided it would be best to keep me home, but sadly..

"OOO WHAT'S THIS"

"FOR FUCK SAKES SEREN"

Seren decided it would be best if he stayed to keep an eye on us.

Seren apologised, rubbing the back of his neck while nervously laughing "my apologies"
My left eye twitched, my scarf around my neck, hiding the bruise left by corvin, my shoulder throbbed, i think the bite may be infected, it was oozing, but i refuse to tell minx. Besides he will throw a fit.

Watching the two dimwits bicker was making my head hurt, so I decided right now a shower was in order. The thought of a already had me smiling in bliss. I swear I even saw Minx peek at me curiously as I basically hobbled to the stairs.

Oh yeah, minx had mended my leg. He even played doctor, the diagnosis was.
Right, you guessed it!

It's fucked.
Snapped.
Broken.

How can i possibly dumb it down either further.
Bone of leg go into more pieces than meant to.

Closing the door behind me, i instantly began to strip, also taking off my bandages, i couldn't help but look at myself in the mirror. Cringing at the horrid sight of me.
And my wounds.

"Yikes" I mumble, I wonder how long it will take for all this to heal, leaning closer to the mirror I inspect my neck, my eyes traveling towards the bite left  on my slumped shoulder. Ew. it's leaking, gross.
Due to cringing at its look I quickly turned away and ran a bath for myself, right now a shower wouldn't be good for my leg, but this time, i made it so my bath wasn't drown worthy.

Once full and the room was steaming I slowly lowered myself into the hot water, hissing in pain as my leg touched the bottom of the bath, ouch.

Although in pain, the hot water did wonders against my skin, the feeling blissful and calming, almost like yesterday didn't happen, yep, nothing happened.

Especially not a chaotic demon breaking my leg, choking me and biting my shoulder.
Yep, didn't happen.

Slowly sinking further into the water I sigh, I'm never doing online rituals again. Not in a million years, i still have to find a way to get rid of the demon asshole that keeps invading my beauty sleeps, and god knows i need them.
