After running around Cologne rounding up gangs to join them, Luca was now in Berlin to meet with one of the biggest drug lords there. It wasn't by choice, and he knew the man would be an asshole, but he had to try. However, that was tomorrow's problem. It was late, and he was ready for bed, which led them to stay at Erik's home since it was the closest to their private airport. He was also missing his wife. So, he made sure to shower, and Facetime Adele, except Josie, answered her phone.
'Hi, Daddy. Mama's in the shower so, me, Heaven, Neveah, and Lucas are waiting for her in your bed.'
'I can see that princess, but shouldn't you be sleeping? And where's Ty?'
'Oma has him and Vince. He and Heaven were fighting, which made Neaveh attack him, and Vince wouldn't let Mama take a shower or go with Aunt Em.'
Nothing she said surprised Luca; Tyler loved fighting the twins, and their badass always double-teamed him. Yet Vince was another story. Sibylla and Rose had his butt spoiled, and he was never happy unless Adele, Victor, Sibylla, or Luca had him, but recently he had gotten attached to Erik and Emma. On the other hand, Josie showed him the rest of the kids as they played, besides sleeping, as he noticed all the dogs on his bed.
Luca didn't mind Zeus, but Teddy and Blu left their fur everywhere no matter how much they got them groomed, and Killer and Gunner were too damn big and long. They slept like humans. So, it caused Luca to start yelling when Adele came into view, taking the phone away from Josie and fussing about her playing on her phone until she saw him.
'Oh, hey, Babe. How is it going back in Berlin?'
'Boring as fuck and lonely without you and the kids. Hopefully, we'll be home tomorrow night if everything goes well with Cash.'
'I hope so because your spoiled ass babies are looking for their Dada. Surprisingly, they hadn't beaten up Josie over the phone when they heard your voice.'
He was also surprised, since the twins and Lucas were his babies, and Adele hated it. They wanted nothing to do with their mother, and she fussed every day about the next time they had a baby, she would spoil them. Maybe she would get her wish, but with Rose and Sibylla around, that would never happen, although it was wishful thinking. However, Luca was disappointed with his call.
He was hoping to get Adele alone or hoped she would send the children to their rooms. He wanted to have phone sex, but talking to her was good enough. Until the twins realized they could see him after that, they had to end the call.

The next morning Luca was woken by one of Erik's big sheepdogs licking him in the face. He loved dogs but never understood why Eric wanted four big ones in his home. They were bigger than Blu and Teddy and thought they were lap dogs. No matter how much Luca loved dogs. They had to stay outside, and it ticked Erik off as if he cared, but they were way too big.
However, Luca quickly pushed the big beast off him, and once again, he went to shower. Afterward, he dressed and made his way downstairs, hoping his father cooked and not Eric or one of the others. This morning, he didn't feel like choking on eggshells, and Kellan must had the same idea. The man came around the corner looking confused or mad since it was hard to tell with him most of the time.
