Maddie POV

Hey guys! My name's Madelyn but call me Maddie cause I hate my name. I'm 16 years young. I have a red ombre which I change all the time to a brownish color. I guess you could call me kinda outgoing cuz I love the thrill of stuff like rock concerts, roller coasters and all that fun stuff. My best friend Vanessa is a little different from me but, only by a hair. In my case that's what happened with my best friend.

I've lived my whole life in the small and cozy borough of Staten Island, New York. I love my home, but I always went out to the city. That's where i really felt at home. I mean the bright lights, loud noises, people street performing, Empire State Building and Times Square . And don't even get me started with the hot dogs and pizza.

Me and Vanessa's life is about to change. Our moms are business partners. They both got a promotion together that's making me and Ness move to freakin Sydney, Austrailia! They could have gotten anywhere in the country but they had to get promoted to AUSTRAILIA, a place not even in this continent.

We have to abandon all our other friends and family. I know nobody there but my mom said *cue motherlyish voice* You can meet new people and start a new life. *end*. Well what if I want to keep my old life, huh? Ever think of that? Well you know what mom, fuck you.

But, I guess I have to deal with it. Maybe my life will be more interesting. I might even get myself a boyfriend, one that doesn't use me.We'll see where this goes. Next stop...

Kinda irnic how the character I choose a celeb for, Emmy makes her character's name Vanessa.
