It was finally the fourteenth Olivia was turning twenty years old today. I woke up in a joyous mood. I hopped out of bed jumping right in the shower. I dried my hair and curled it within an hour but considering my long hair that was good. I put on a yellow spaghetti strap sundress with orange flowers all over it. I paired that with brown wedges and pinned my side bang back a bit. I basically hopped to the kitchen to see if breakfast was cooked or make it myself. Of course as I walked in Clay greeted me with a smile and a plate.
"You know normally the owner of the house is supposed to cook breakfast?" I joked.
"Yes I know, but I don't care. I am better at cooking then anyone in this house hold so I don't mind cooking." Clay explained.
"Hey, there's no arguements here." I assured as I started eating.
Nick was the next up and groggily made his way to the kitchen. Clay gave him a plate as well as he sat next to me. I kissed him on the cheek as he smiled at me. I hopped up and grabbed a tray, a fork, and a knife. I poured orange juice and turned to Clay.
"Give me Olivia's food I wanna give her breakfast in bed." I demanded.
"Ok." Clay replied placing a plate full of food on the tray.
I walked to the guest room where Olivia was still sleeping. I opened the door and sat the tray on an end table.
"Olivia..." I lulled her awake.
"Huh?" She inquired as her eyes glazed open.
"I brought breakfast." I said quietly.
Her eyes popped all the way open suddenly looking over at the tray. Olivia grabbed it bringing herself up and it to her lap. Olivia's hair was everywhere so I grabbed her brush from the dresser and gave it to her. She smiled sheepishly tugging her hair through. Olivia kept eating as I flicked on the light. She looked at my outfit surprise in her face.
"And when did you become a morning person." Olivia laughed.
"I haven't I only am on special occasions." I admitted playfully.
"Well thanks for the breakfast, can you turn the lamp on?" she asked.
"Yeah." I responded and flicked on the lamp.
Once Olivia was finished eating I took the tray and dishes back into the kitchen as she got dressed. I walked into Nick and Clay laughing about something and I didn't really want to know.
"Do I even want to know?" I questioned confusedly.
"Probably but we can't tell you." Nick answered.
"What's that mean?" I said still confused.
"It's about your birthday so you can't know." Clay admitted.
"Just don't do anything stupid." I pleaded.
"Yeah right! When have you known us to not be stupid." They laughed.
"Never." Olivia answered for me as she entered the room.
Olivia was dressed in a short sundress that was blue and had two white stripes at the bottom. She had an up-do for her hair that seemed to be very detailed in the little time she took to get ready.
"You look lovely my dear." I said in a fake British accent.
"Why thank you Ms. you do as well." Olivia returned as Clay and Nick looked at us strangely.
"You both are so weird." Clay pointed out.
"And that's why you love us." I countered.
Clay and Nick then smiled as someone knocked at the door. It was the decorator Mindy.
