Chapter 3 (Fires of Desire: From Terrace Musings to Mall Encounters)

Her Pov

I lounged on the terrace of my rented place, sipping tea and observing passing vehicles, lost in contemplation.

Biglang may tumigil na truck sa tapat ng bahay ni aling Tesa, kapit bahay ko na matandang dalaga. May bumaba namang dalawang lalaki mula sa truck at nakita ko naman na may hawak itong box.

Napatingin naman ako sa cellphone nitong nakabuhay at kitang kita ko mula rito sa kinatatayuan ko ang itsura ni Lexi lore.

Kaya naman mas'yado akong na inspired kaya naging idolo ko si Lexi lore. Ang ganda niya kasi 'yung tipong kahit saang kanto ka maglakad makikinig mo 'yung pangalan niya iba rin eh, gusto ko nang atensiyon na ganon, kaya gagawin ko ang lahat para matupad ang pangarap ko.

Exiting the taxi, I dash into the mall. Of course, I paid first.
