Allison's POV
I love Louis but sometimes it bothers me that we have to hide things between us. I don't mind it most of the time. It's mainly when people show up that we can't be open in front of. I wish we could do something about that but I know we can't.
We were standing in line waiting to check out when Louis wrapped his arms around me again, pulling me closer to him. He kissed my head then just held me there. It's nice being in his arms but I don't want us getting caught right now. I don't want him getting in trouble because of me. I pulled away from him as he looked at me confused. He just shook his head. I reached over, intertwining our fingers. I don't want to make him upset. He gave me a small smile. I have a feeling he's going to want to talk about this. I mean it's upsetting but I know it was what we had to do.
On our way home I can tell that he's thinking. I know he'll tell me when he's ready. I felt him reach over, placing his hand on my leg. I smiled, moving closer to him. I kissed his cheek, mumbling, "I love you."
He smiled, "I love you, baby."
I don't want to be upset about this just because I am. I'll get over it. It shouldn't be a big deal. We knew what we were getting into when we got together. After a few minutes he pulled into the driveway. He helped me carrying in everything. He set somethings down on the counter before wrapping his arms around me. He pecked my lips, "I'm going to go do something. I'll be back soon."
I looked at him kind of confused, "Okay."
He leaned down, kissing me. His lips were gentle against mine as they moved in sync. He pulled away before I wanted him to. He kissed my cheek, "I love you."
I smiled, "I love you."
He pecked my lips before walking out of the kitchen. He's acting kind of weird. I know he'll eventually tell me. He's not good at hiding anything from me. We always tell each other everything. It would honestly be weird if we just stopped now.
I put away all the groceries before walking into the living room. I turned on the TV, putting on my favorite show. I laid down on the couch, grabbing a blanket. I hope Louis doesn't stay out too long. I know he said he wouldn't but who knows with him. It's kind of weird being here without him. We're both usually here. I need to get used to it. It's our house now. For some reason it's kind of nice to think about that. We share everything now.
I laid there watching TV for awhile. I want to know where he went but I don't want to bother him. I don't want to seem obsessive like some girls are. I sighed before starting to get up when the front door opened. I looked over and saw him walking in. He had a small smile on his face. He walked into the living room when I noticed that he was carrying two bags and some flowers in his hands. He set one of the bags down on the coffee table before handing me the flowers, "I'm sorry for earlier, love."
I smiled, "It's fine. It's what we have to do."
He sat down next to me, handing me the other bag. He kissed my cheek, "What's in that bag is for tomorrow."
I know he has something special planned for tomorrow. I just didn't think he would do this. I opened the bag, pulling out a black skirt then a red shirt. They go well together. I can't believe he did this. I never thought he was the type to do this. He always seems to surprise me though. I smiled, hugging him, "Thank you."
He kissed the top of my head, "I would do anything for you, love."
I pulled away before setting the bag and flowers down. I moved back over to him, pecking his lips, "I don't know how I got lucky enough to have you."
He smiled, shaking his head, "I wonder that about you everyday."
He pecked my lips again, "I brought home Chinese food."
