(The next day)

"Hey any plans today?" Lonnie asked Ben as they were putting their equipment away.

"Evie invited me to have a little party with her and her friends." Ben answered.

"Is that really a good idea? I mean they just barely were able to go to your party. Do you really think it's smart to go on their side?" Lonnie was saying and asking.

"It'll be okay. It's not on their side. It's in the part of town we can all go to." Ben said.

(Later)

Evie, Mal, Carlos, and Jay were at an abandoned building by a dirt hill. Then they heard a door open.

"Oh! He's here!" Evie jumped up and ran to the door.

"I thought we were all here." Carlos said.

"Yeah." Jay replied as Mal just nodded.

She walked over to the door and Ben was standing there wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt, blue jeans, and black and white converse.

"Hi Ben. Come on in." Evie smiled.

"Thanks." Ben smiled back and shut the door behind him.

"Guys, you all know Ben." Evie said.

"Hey man." Jay waved to him.

"Hey." Ben waved back. "So what are we doing?" Ben took a seat next to Mal.

"We were just going to play a few games." Mal answered.

"Oh cool." Ben replied.

(A few hours later)

"Okay. We're going to play "Would You Rather", but there's a twist to it." Jay told them. "You get two options, but when you choose one you have to do it. So who wants to go first?"

"Me." Carlos raised his hand, then he turned to Evie. "Evie? Would you rather chug a drink? Or chug lemon juice?"

"Ugh." Evie pretended to gag. "A drink."

"Good choice." Carlos nodded while smiling. "Jay?"

Jay grabbed a drink, opened it, then gave it to Evie. Evie took it and gave Jay a smile before chugging the whole drink.

"Ah." Evie said after finishing.

"Okay. My turn." Jay stated. "Mal? Would you rather jump in the freezing cold lake? Or kiss Ben?" Jay asked.

Mal was looking around at the four. Then she turned to Ben and held his face, then started to kiss him. Ben put his hand on the side of her neck and kissed back. When Mal pulled away Ben stared at her. Then she looked over at Evie, who did not look happy. Evie got up and ran out.

"Evie!" Ben called starting to stand up.

"No Ben, I'll go talk to her. It's my fault." Mal told him and got up instead and ran after her.

Carlos and Jay just sat there awkwardly, not making eye contact with Ben.

"Evie wait. Let me explain." Mal said.

"What?" Evie quickly stopped and turned to Mal. "What do you have to say?"

"It just for the game." Mal stated.

"You could've chosen the other option." Evie replied.

"Evie." Mal laughed a little. "I didn't want to jump into a freezing water. So the only option was to kiss him. And I'm sorry."

"Hey." Ben said walking out to them. "Evie, you alright?"

"Y-yeah." Evie nodded and Ben walked over and hugged her.
