Two Sides One School

Family Dinner

(A couple weeks later)

"Thank you for another amazing date." Mal said to Harry as they reached her house.

"It's my pleasure. Oh by the way. I was waiting to surprise you, but I can't." Harry was saying.

"What is it?" Mal questioned.

"I will be driving us to school from now on." Harry stated.

"Wait you got a car?!" Mal asked shocked happily.

"Yeah. Finally. After almost a year of having my license I finally got a car." Harry responded.

"Well I can't wait to ride in it with you." Mal smiled.

"Yeah. Beats having to take the bus everyday." Harry added. "I can bring Carlos, Evie, and Jay too."

"You are so great." Mal told him. "Now I should probably head in before my parents freak out."

"Right. Yeah. I'll see tomorrow." Harry nodded.

Mal leaned up and Harry leaned down a little and they kissed. Mal walked up the steps. Harry waited till she went inside to go back to his house.

When Mal walked in she looked up and saw her parents were standing there smiling at her.

"What's going on?" Mal asked shutting the door behind her.

"You and Harry? Are you two dating?" Her mom questioned smirking.

"Yeah. Yeah we are." Mal answered.

Her dad started to really smile.

"Oh our little girl has her first boyfriend." Her mom said putting her hands up to her face.

"Yeah first." Mal said under her breath.

"You know what we should do?" Her dad asked looking at her mom.

"Hmm?" Her mom replied.

"We should invite Harry over for dinner tomorrow." He said.

"That is such a good idea!" Mal's mom agreed.

"Good. Mal, you tell Harry. Will you?" Her dad told her.

"Sure Dad." Mal nodded, then ran upstairs.

(The next day)

"Good morning my little cheerleader." Harry greeted her.

"Please I'm only a cheerleader because Evie wants me to be." Mal replied. "But uh... Harry's there's something I need to talk to you about..."

"Hey so are we riding with you or what?" Jay asked walking up with Carlos and Evie.

"Y-yeah. Yeah you guys are." Harry answered.

(At school)

They all got out of Harry's car and him and Mal took hands.

"Jay, you really need to get your own car." Carlos told Jay.

"You could get yours too." Jay responded.

"I'm not old enough." Carlos stated. "I'm only a sophomore."

"So what was it you wanted to tell me?" Harry asked Mal as they walked in.

"My parents want you to come over for dinner tonight." Mal said.

"Oh wow." Harry took a deep breath.

"What? You've came over for dinner before." Mal mentioned.

"I know. It just coming over for dinner as your boyfriend is different." Harry replied.
