Two Sides One School

Due Date (part 1)

(A few months later)

Ben and Audrey were alone at Ben's house while his parents were out. 

"Okay the pizza should be here soon. You want to put in the movie now or...?" Ben told her and asked.

"Yeah we can throw it in now." Audrey answered.

(30 minutes later)

"Thank you." Ben said before shutting the door. "Audrey! The pizza is here!" 

Audrey came out of the bathroom and stood there looking at Ben shocked.

"Audrey? You okay?" Ben checked. He put the pizza down on the counter and walked over to Audrey.

"My parents just called me and they said they want me to come home." Audrey said.

"Really?! Audrey that's amazing!" Ben smiled.

Audrey was smiling too, then she stopped smiling and looked nervous.

"What's wrong?" Ben looked at her concerned.

"I think I've gone into labor." Audrey stated.

(A couple minutes later)

Ben and Audrey were in Ben's car and Ben was driving as fast as he could.

"I gotta call Harry and my parents." Audrey said while breathing heavy.

"You do what you gotta do." Ben told her.

(A few minutes later)

They arrived at the hospital and Ben quickly jumped out and ran to Audrey's side and helped her out. They quickly made it inside.

"Excuse me! We need a doctor! She has gone into labor!" Ben was shouting.

"Okay." A nurse responded and they brought a bed over for Audrey. 

Ben followed behind them as they rushed into a room. 

(A few minutes later)

Harry ran in. "Excuse me! My girlfriend just went into labor. Where is she?" 

"What is her name?" The receptionist asked.

"Audrey Beauty." Harry answered.

"Okay follow me." They instructed.

Audrey was in the bed with Ben beside her holding her hand. Then the door quickly opened and Harry was standing there. 

"Harry! You came!" Audrey grinned and sighed with relief.

"Of course I did. How could I miss this?" Harry rushed over to her. 

Ben left and let Harry stay with her instead. As he was sitting in the waiting room Audrey's parents came running in.

"Our daughter, Audrey Beauty is having a baby!" Her mom told the receptionist 

"Okay follow me." The receptionist replied.

They started following, then her mom looked over and saw Ben.

"Ben? Is that you?" She questioned.

"Yeah. Yeah it's me." Ben responded.

"You're not in there with her?" Her mom wondered.

"She has someone in there with her." Ben told them not looking or sounding happy to see them.

"Alright... Well we're going in." Her mom said, then they went with the receptionist. 

Audrey's parents walk into the room where Audrey is and her mom runs over to her.

"Audrey, honey we're here." She tells Audrey and takes her hand.

(A couple hours later)

Audrey was sleeping and her parents were sitting in chairs beside her. Harry and Ben walked back in and gave her parents coffee.

"Thank you." Her dad told them.

"So you never told us where Chad is." Her mom said to Ben.

"What do you mean?" Ben wondered as he sat down.

"Isn't Chad the father?" Her mom checked.

"Actually about that..." Harry started to say.

Then before he could say anything else Audrey woke up in pain.

"Honey are you alright?" Her mom rushed over to her asking.

"It's coming." Audrey stated. "The baby is coming."

"Hey! We need someone!" Her dad was calling out. "She's about to have a baby!"

Nurses and doctors came running in. 

"Alright sweetheart, you're gonna need to start pushing." The nurse was instructing. 

(A couple moments later)

Audrey had her baby. The nurses were cleaning it off. Then they brought them over to Audrey to hold.

"My little girl." Audrey smiled at her.

"It's a girl?" Her mom asked looking at the baby.

"Yeah. I found out at one of my appointments." Audrey told her.

"Honey, we're so sorry for kicking you out. We really want you to come home." Her mom was saying.

"Yeah and maybe the father of your child will actually show up." Her dad added.

Audrey glanced over at Harry, who just looked at her.

"Actually Mom, Dad..."  Audrey started to say.
