Elsa finally wakes up after an hour of sleep. She says she feels hungry and takes one of Jack's chips to eat even if she doesn't want to, she doesn't have a choice either.
I decided to stretch my arms and legs by walking around the train car. One hour before we will arrive in Berk and the more I think about what might happen the more I fear about myself.I look outside the still dark night sky from the wide open window, I can't see a thing, like how I see my future, but as I look at the guys with me right now my spirits will somehow lift up.
"Here." I look up at the person next to me as he hand me a gum.
"What's this for?" I ask Hiccup, taking the gum from his palm.
"For you to calm down. I can sense your tension." He say.
I smile, "Thank you."
He looks down at me, and flash a small smile.
I remember that night when we saw each other at the suit shop, it's the first time I saw him smile, and I swear it's like I saw an angel smiling. Well that's too exaggerating but it's how I describe it in my limited vocabulary.
After that Mom would tease me with Hiccup, telling me that I chose someone good. Good for what exactly Mom?
"Mom I'll be going now." I told my Mom as I rush downstairs with my hair still damp and uncombed.
"Aren't you going to eat breakfast?" Mom ask, coming out of the kitchen with hands covered in soap.
"I'll eat at school, but I'll be coming home early for dinner." I say and kiss my Mom's cheek and storm out of the house.
Dad is already waiting for me outside and he's taking me to school today, I'm running late because I woke up late, I can't sleep last night because...I know it sounds crazy but I can't get Hiccup's smile off my head.
"Let's go princess." Says Dad as I got inside the car.
"Let's go Dad! Full speed ahead!"
And by full speed ahead, I mean literally! Dad just zoomed down the streets like driving a jet plane. I almost thought that I lost my soul all the way, I didn't even moved a finger while on the way to school.
I kiss my Dad goodbye and rush to get inside the building. Classes had started already.I arrive at the doorway of my classroom where Mrs. Rudolph is already in the middle of a discussion. Everyone look at me and so is the teacher with a disappointed look.
"You're late Ms. Hofferson." She say.
"I know ma'am, I'm sorry." I say, looking down avoiding eye contact.
"Get in." She says.
I quickly get inside and went to my seat next to Ruffnut.
"Girl what happened to you? You look like a fashion disaster." Says my best friend.
I took out my brush and brush my now dry hair, quietly put a little lip gloss and baby powder on my face.
I didn't notice the clothes I chose to wear today. Actually I had no idea where I pull this long sleeve button down top that looks big on me, wrinkled jeans, and Vans shoes."I had no time to choose an outfit, I'm running late." I explain to Ruffnut.
The maths class went so slow and I still couldn't understand the lesson. Hiccup on the other hand seems to be understanding it very well, he just sits on his chair just watching Mrs. Rudolph like he's watching a movie, while the others including me are busy taking down notes, every word from the teacher's mouth counts but to him it's just nothing.
