'Alexandra, meaning light and protector of the people. I gave her that name to remind me that she's not just a piece of me, but the hope I'm holding on to for the rest of my life. I've decided to leave her at a house where I think she will be taken care of, away from the reality she's in. I want her to be someone I wasn't able to become that's why I transformed her into a baby and leave her everything I have to protect her and the family she's now in. I pray little Alexandra will live through the years which I maybe not see myself after what I have done.
Little Alexandra, please live. Live as you are.'
My name is Astrid Isabella Hofferson, I'm sixteen years old, I once was called Alexandra by my mother, Diana, who isn't my mother. I'm just a clone.
A clone.
A f**king clone!
"What??" Elsa say in surprise. "You're kidding right?"
"I saw it in the well of Celestial." I say. "I saw how Diana did the spell and created me."
"So... you're Diana but not Diana." Hiro say.
I nod my head as I squeeze the pillow I'm hugging.
"And another surprise," I say. "Stoick knows I'm just a clone, but he didn't told me."
Everyone looks even more surprise by my news. "Knowing Uncle Stoick all these years he does have a lot of secrets," Jack say. "But I didn't expect he could hide such a secret from you, especially you who plays an important role in the world of Champions."
I bury my face on the pillow and growl. I was fooled, I thought I already know the truth after finding out that Diana, who looks exactly like me is my mother, but no, I'm just a clone of herself whom she transformed into a baby!
"Astrid."
I lift me head up and look at the direction of the door where Stoick is standing.
"Let's talk." He say.
I look at my friends and they give me a nod. I heaved a sigh and got off the bed and walk towards Stoick.
"Follow me." He say and walk out of the door and down the corridor, I follow him. We keep walking until we reach the front door. Outside, a car is parked. He told me to get in and I got into the backseat as he sits on the driver's seat and begin to drive.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask him.
"To where you really come from." He say.
I didn't say anything anymore and just look outside the window of the car and watch as we pass by the tall buildings of the city.
"Diana had to do it." Stoick suddenly speaks, breaking the silence between us. "She had to create you to keep the Celestial magic safe."
"Why?" I ask.
"I'm sure you have read that her mother had offered her life to the dark side, and wanted her to do it as well." Stoick say as we stop at a traffic light. "She wanted Diana to give the Celestial magic to the Enchantress to take revenge on the Champions who killed his husband."
"But that was an accident." I say.
"That's what Diana thought, but the truth is my father and her father planned that accident, so Diana's father will escape from the grasp of his insane wife," he explains. The step on the gas when the traffic light turned green and continue driving down the highways of Berk City. "Emily, Diana's mother has been doing dark magic since they got married, and his husband didn't figure this out until he saw her performing dark spells in the basement of their house, and when he wanted to file a divorce she threatened him that she will kill their children and offer Diana to the Enchantress, but that's her plan since Diana got the Celestial magic after her grandfather died."
