"Fuck my head hurts and I ain't even drink nothing but juice and soda last night," I groaned, rubbing the middle of my forehead harshly, hoping to ease up the pain I felt In my head a little bit.

"That's what parting'll do to you," Eli replied, taking a bite out of my leftover cake from last night.

"Don't touch my food!" I smacked his hand away and groaned again when my head throbbed.

"You know what? Eat it, my head hurts," I slide the cake to him and got up from the table.

"Come on," He rolled his eyes playfully as I stood there pouting. I smiled when he pushed his chair back and opened his arms out for me.

I happily climbed onto his lap, laying against his chest as he wrapped his arms around me and rubbed my back in comfort. "Yesterday was fun, really."

"I'm glad you had fun, you deserved it," He kissed my head as I made a distasteful face when my head throbbed again. "My room is still a mess from the gifts," I mumbled and we both chuckled lowly.

"What are you doing today?" He asked.

I bit my lip, remembering I get to hang out with Levi today. "Maybe shopping, I don't know."

I saw him nod before his phone rang from the table. I leaned over to look for a second before smirking.

"Awe, it's Avani! I'm proud of you," I slap Eli's chest lightly as he stared me for a second.

I gave him a confused look before he shook his head and grabbed his ringing phone off the table.

"I'm gonna go get dressed... for shopping," I gave him a little smile before dashing out of the kitchen and upstairs, into my room, shutting the door.

I checked the time on my phone and sat it on the charger before walking into my closet. Since it's spring weather, I decided to wear something casual and free.

I definitely didn't have the energy to do my hair so I made a middle part and just combed and brushed it.

Rubbing some cheery lipgloss on my lips, I grabbed my phone off the charger as It dinged with a text message. I bit my thumb fingernail nervously.

I grabbed my over the shoulder black bag and walked out of my room, down the steps and into the living room where I saw Eli, Devon, and Donny on either side of him. When the hell did they get here?

Magic? Naw... unless.

Nah.

"Hey, Don," I smiled at him and I noticed he immediately got nervous. "Hey, Loni," He smiled back. "Devon," I rolled my eyes as he blew me a kiss.

"Future wife."

"Circus Clown," I greeted back, fake smiling.

I made my way towards Eli and kissed his cheek before running towards the front door. "I'll be back later, E!" I said loud enough as I walked outside.
