Dat is Yogi's house
Yogi turns into a driveway connected to a beautiful antique-ish slash modern looking house with a Pierre connected to the house over a little pond. The porch was decorated with the most beautiful furniture that matched everything according to the color scheme and beautiful flowers around the house. I smiled as I unbuckled and slid out of the truck, standing in front of the truck to admire the beautiful house.
"You can come in you know." Yogi shakes his head with a smile as I look at him, rolling my eyes before following him into his house. When you first walk in you get a blast of lavender and a hint of some Hawaiian scent before you even see everything. There was a large dark couch that had a corner with a gray plush carpet and two matching chairs in a corner and a coffee table separating the chairs and the couch. There were family pictures hanging up everywhere and pieces of art that matched the color scheme and a large tv mounted up on the wall. The living room lead to a hallway that had the same carpet as the living room and several doors I'm guessing were bedrooms and a bathroom.
There were pictures hanging along the wall in the hallway and the kitchen was off to the right with dark cabinets and a big open kitchen that had an island in the middle with bar stools set up at one end and the counter was a dark marble while the floor was a dark tile. There was a stair case in the hallway with carpet and I could see a little bit of fairy lights hanging up around the boarder of the walls and several book shelves and more pictures on the gray painted walls.
"Wow, you have a nice house." I walk down the hall and look at the pictures to see several pictures of Yogi as a little kid. I smile as I see one picture of him in a cowboy hat and boots and his jeans and flannel shirt, holding a lasso and posing with his foot up on a bale of hay. I cross my arms as I see baby pictures of Yogi, covering my mouth as I see his cute chubby cheeks and big brown eyes and curly brown hair.
"Oh my word, you weren't supposed to see those." Yogi chuckles as he guides me away from the pictures and into the living room.
"They were adorable." I giggle as Yogi rolls his eyes.
"Not really." I smile as I look at the pictures in the living room and point at one with several people in it.
"Is this your family?" I ask as I look back at him to see him with his hands shoved in his pockets.
"Yeah that is," Yogi walls up next to me and points at two people, "this is my mom and dad and me right in front of them. That's Henry next to me and several of my cousins next to us and my aunts and uncles and my grandparents." I smile as I look at at his grandpa.
"You look exactly like your grandpa." I point to the one kneeling beside him with his arm around Yogi.
"Yeah that's my grandpa on my mom's side, grandpa Rob. I get my looks from her side obviously but I do get my height from my dad's side and my body structure." Yogi says before I nod and let my eyes roam over the picture a little longer, " we should go." Yogi grabs my arm and pulls me outside before closing the door behind us and helping me back into the truck. Yogi gets in and starts the car before speeding off towards my house.
"So you don't have any siblings?" I ask as I stare out the window.
"No my mom and dad only had me and stopped after that. What about you?" I see Yogi look at me through the corner of my eye as I twirl a piece of hair.
"No I'm an only child." I say as Yogi slows down and pulls into my driveway. I unbuckle and open the door, sliding down from the truck before closing the door behind me and walking up to my porch with Yogi following behind me, "dad! Are you here?" I holler as I walk in.
