It's been days since Tiffany got Taeyeon's number from Sunny but she doesn't have the courage to do anything with it. She can't even text a simple 'Hello, how are you?' to her.
She has thought about it many times but she can't go through with it and ends up just staring at the messaging app without typing a single character.
Instead of talking to Taeyeon, she has now started a habit of talking to her white horse, asking it questions that she wanted to ask Taeyeon. It's silly, she knows, and that's why she makes sure that no one finds out about it.
She's also been looking forward to Taeyeon's return to the ranch, counting down the days with a pounding heart. At first she thought it was the guilt and whatever's left from their last awkward conversation but as the days passed, she has come to realize that just the thought of her makes her heart flutter.
Then on the day before Taeyeon's planned arrival, she hears the bad news from Sunny: Taeyeon suddenly has to attend to her businesses abroad so unfortunately, her visit must be rescheduled to another date.
When Tiffany asks when exactly, Sunny says she doesn't know and that Seohyun would notify them later on.
So all Tiffany can do now is wait, sitting on that swing while holding her phone, wondering whether it's okay to ask the blonde about the visit directly. She'd do that every night for the following week but always ends her contemplation with pocketing her phone and no sent message.

Sooyoung puts down her fork to check the incoming message and wipes her mouth before she types a reply. "Sure. I have a free slot at four."
"Good. See you then."
At four o'clock on the dot, the door to Sooyoung's office opens and in strolls Taeyeon, heading straight to the couch.
"What's up?" asks the psychiatrist. "It's only been two weeks since you were last here. I thought I wouldn't get to see you for at least a couple of months."
"My project manager gave me her number," Taeyeon says.
"Whose number? Tiffany's?"
"Yes."
"Isn't that a good thing? I'm surprised you didn't have her number in the first place."
"I didn't need to have her number. Seohyun takes care of everything," states Taeyeon.
"Well now you have her number. Have you called? Or texted at least?"
"That's why I'm here. Do you think I should call her?"
Sooyoung sighs and leans back in her seat. "I am not your personal relationship counsellor, Taeyeon."
"You're paid to listen to me and give me advice."
"No, I'm paid to listen and help you reveal the truth behind your thoughts and actions," counters Sooyoung. "Decisions such as calling or texting a love interest is yours to make."
"If it's business related, I can easily decide on my own but this involves feelings, emotions... and I'm weak in that area."
