I reached the house after the minor incident with Ladybug, exhausted. The fact that Ladybug and Marinette seem like completely different people makes me doubt whether my guess is correct, at the same time... I am 99.999% sure I am correct. They literally look the same and speak the same, but have different personalities. Marinette is shy and reserved, and Ladybug is confident and strong-willed. I am so confused. Is my guess really true? And if so...

Suddenly I am mauled by 3 people making me lose my train of thought. Tori yells, "Are you okay? We lost you in the Akuma attack! Where's Adrien? Is he dead?!"

Jake adds in "He protected you right? He must've not come back because he saved you! That's it."

Finally, Alex who hits me, "We were so worried! Why aren't you saying anything? Explain how Adrien died."

I belt out in laughter, hugging them back "If you guys would give me the chance to talk, I would. Adrien is not dead, he's...Helping a kid get back home to his parents...I didn't get hurt either, I found a good hiding spot. What happened to you guys? I didn't see you."

Alex says sassily, pouting "Why do you want to know?"

I roll my eyes "Stop being a tsundere and tell me what happened to you guys."

He grins "Well we bolted out of there. There was no way that we are going to stay there and die! We have too much reason to live y'know."

Tori chuckles and eventually, we all start laughing at the situation. Adrien comes through the door seeing us basically crying of laughter. He smiles, "What did I miss?"

That made us laugh even more and I say in between laughter "He...I-Isn't...Dead!"

The confusion on his face set us to the point we were on the floor, probably dying. Who knows? Eventually, we stopped wiping our tears and I look at them smiling "I really missed this"

Jake smiles back at me and everyone else "I think we all did"

Everyone nods in agreement smiling.

I punch Jakes' arm "Thank you for coming. Literally we would all be missing something without our crazy best friend"

He smirks, cockily"I know, I know. I'm awesome"

Tori rolls her eyes at him and looks towards Adrien "Welcome to the group"

He smiles a real smile that makes my heart flutter and my stomach do weird things. Crap not now of all times! I shake my head and look towards Adrien "Yeah. Welcome to the group of crazies." 

He chuckles and we all started talking and telling stories. After a long while, we all decide to go to sleep, but Adriens winks at me whispering "Chapter two?"

I smile goofily "Of course"

Tori looks between our exchange raising her brow in question. We both go into our rooms and she squeals after closing the door to the room "My ship is sailing, baby!"

I laugh rolling my eyes and she stares at me "And you're not denying it! You like him (y/n)! Oh my gosh! You're getting some!"

The explanations above her head are practically visible and I look away blushing "Maybe I have an itty-bitty crush on him" She bursts out smiling and I hold my hand out, "but...I know he still has feelings for Marinette."

Well, technically not Marinette Marinette but Ladybug who is Marinette so basically the same thing. I've gotta admit it does kinda hurt saying it out loud, but I know how this stuff goes and I'm not going to break my own heart with unrequited love. Just gotta like him and not love him. That way there is no broken hearts. She scoffs "He said she was just a friend and I believe it! So you totally have a chance to nab the poor guy"

I chuckle half-heartedly "I know these things, Tori. Hell, I've been through it."

Her eyes saddened "he's not Jake. You know it's diff-"

I stop her "I'm not so sure about that, so I'm going to play it safe and just have a crush on him. Nothing more and maybe we can be good friends."

She sighs "I hope you realize one day that you really deserve happiness (y/n)"

"I hope so. I really do." my eyes tear up and Tori hugs me. A knock on the glass interrupts the sad atmosphere and I smile opening the glass. He gives me a questioning look when he sees my tear-filled eyes. I mentally shake my head telling him, not now. Tori's eyes widen "Is that Cat Noir?! Damn that is one hunk of a man let me tell you-"

I put my hands over her mouth blushing "Stop! I don't want to hear your past experiences with men."

She pouts "Oh fine." Her mood instantly changes and she looks at Chat in a threatening way, "Hurt her and I will beat the crap out of you. Ya hear?"

He looks at her nervously, "I-I promise mam."

She smiles excitedly "Good! Have fun on your date~"

We both exclaim "I-It's not a date!"

She shakes her head "Ah what it's like to be young and in love!"

"You're the same age as us!" I yell

"Not the point, sweetie. I'm going to bed, goodnight!~"

We both sigh and look at each other, but then look away blushing. We then get out of the awkward phase and Chat Noir looks at me smiling "Princess, if I may have the honors?"

I laugh "And I thought chivalry is dead."

"Not when you have me around m'la-" He stops himself, "I mean...Princess."

I look at him in confusion and he ignores my stare taking me by the hand leading me out the window. But before we go out I hear Tori "Don't do the things I would do!"

I blush and Chat looks at me and I shake my head looking away from his gaze. Tori is really trying to kill me isn't she!
