Tony sat there, stunned. The one and only Ironman looked as though he would fall out of his chair. He lowered his eyes, and opened his mouth to say something, but he had nothing to say. Trying to avoid the awkward silence, I continued. "I was born as a Hydra member. I don't remember my parents, or if I had a life outside Hydra." I looked down, trying to gather my thoughts. "At first, I really didn't have a role there. My job at the time had only been to study and learn and train. However, as time went on, Hydra found a new role for me. You see, they had been experimenting on these two people—twins." Tony's eyes widened a little, but again, he only listened. "The scientists there—if you could call them that—had been discussing with one of the leaders, and they decided they needed another experiment. They needed someone to help heal and protect those who were seen as important from, well, you and the Avengers. So they chose me."
I sighed, then continued. "For years, again and again they did experiments on me, ensuring that I would be strong enough to help protect those deemed important. I trained daily, and they gave me two abilities. The first, the ability of healing, the second, the ability to create shields. That day; the day I escaped, I remember there was an attack on our base. I had been separated from the others, and I was hiding when I saw something, what looked like portal, I took a leap of faith and stepped in, and that's how I got here."
Tony finally nodded, "Well. I'm making the choice to trust you. If you wanted to hurt me, you would've done so already." He sat back, and thought. "Well, I guess it's time for a reunion!" I look at him confused, a reunion?
