Annoyed, Sergio was forced into the Dair Café with Pilar and Sergio Junior.
The two were frankly irritated, especially Pilar.
"Just choose a table. Hurry up." Pilar scoffs, intertwining her hands within each other. Sergio Junior looked up to his mother, questioning what the black haired woman just asked.
"And what if I don't?" Sergio hastily asks, his eyes darting a look of disgust towards the Spanish woman. Not only did this cause the customers to question what had been going on, they started shooting looks to the two adults and kid. Sergio took a deep breath, exhaling as he walked towards a brown little table. Pilar followed, keeping her sunglasses and head held up high, which was abnormal.
Sergio Junior was behind his mother quietly, grasping her hand with a tight squeeze. The boy's father pulled out a chair for both the mother and his son, watching them take their seats.
"Don't make a scene, Pilar." Sergio harshly whispered to the black haired woman, whose thoughts seemed to be focused on the girl with brown hair abruptly approaching them.
A sickening evil smile birthed on Pilar's face, causing Sergio to look into the direction of hers.
His eyes widen to the sight of Marina, as she was walking rapidly towards the brown café table.
Sergio's vision slowly fell upon the green eyed tall man who quietly followed right behind his favorite brunette; Sergio couldn't believe his own eyes.
It was Marc, who seemed completely innocent to him. He had believed that Marc had no intentions with Marina.

The brunette slapped her hands on the wooden table, the brown eyes losing hope in Sergio as he looked towards Sergio Junior; Who was fairly confused in all of this.
"So, 3 days, and you easily throw away 6 years of us like that, huh?" Her voice was full of frustration, anger, and sadness all in one. Her eyes lost interest in Sergio as he sat there speechless. Sergio Junior reached over for his mother's hand, scared out of his mind; At what the brunette would do to both his mother and the strange man.
"Hey, Marina." Sergio's lips softly let the words roll off his tongue; As nothing else could fill his mind. His hands were softly rested on his pants, as Pilar furrowed her eyebrows at the young brunette. The Spaniard was quietly seated, to Sergio's surprise.
Her left hand lifted her chin while the other was holding Junior's.
The audience, or the customers of the the café seemed to be delighted with some afternoon drama. They all quieted down to hear the juicy argument about to occur.
"So, that's all I'm getting," Marina scoffs, "A 'Hey Marina'. Alright." She raises her palms, as if she were told to put her hands up.
She wraps her hands around her head, frustrated at Sergio.
She clenched her teeth and harshly squeezed her eyes shut. The green eyed man behind her, Marc, was quiet as well with a finger to his lips as he stood still as a statue. He had this other hand on Marina's back, rubbing it up and down in comfort. His eyes never met Sergio's.
"I needed to collect my thoughts. Now let me ask," Sergio starts, interrupted by Pilar as she tries to muffle her chuckles.
Sergio shoots her an angered look, causing her to rest her eyes back onto Sergio Junior. "Why are you here with... him?" Sergio raises his arm and points his index finger towards the green eyed boy.
Startled, Marc raises an eyebrow in confusion. He taps Marina's shoulder, nodding; Indication that he had the answer for Sergio.

"I innocently invited her to have a cup of coffee with me. Just to catch up. Missed this silly one and really wanted to see how she was doing." Marc curls a smirk at the corner of his lips, eyeing Marina as he finished his sentence; As if he wanted to know if it was good.
Sergio shoots another look; This time intended towards Marc whose gaze rested on Marina.
"Are you sure this was innocent?" Sergio's words shook Marc as he began to drop his head, then hesitated to lifting it up and nodding. Marina was taken back from this, causing her to eye Marc with a glare.
"One hundred percent. I knew she was yours anyways." Marc quietly says, resting his head low. Pilar stood quiet as well as Sergio Junior, both were listening to the conversation, confused.
"I mean, Sergio, it's not like you are innocent, and don't have any explaining to do." Marina sarcastically states, causing Pilar to break out of her silence.

"What do you mean he has explaining to do? You mean he knew this was his kid?" Pilar snaps, shattering Marina's heart as her jaw dropped in utter disbelief and shock. Marina's assumptions were proven true, as her heart was not only shattered now; But felt that it was dropping to her stomach. Sergio's eyebrows raised in surprise as did Marc.
Marina looks down at her hands, then behind herself; Only to see Marc with a small frown rising on his soft face. Her eyes were filling with tears and sadness.
"Explaining why he's here with you..." Marina's voice trails, as Sergio's head stayed low and his voice said none.
The café fell silent, as did the table with the five confused individuals.
"Marina, can we discuss this outside? Marc can come along so he doesn't have to ask twice," Sergio states, resisting to look at the glare Pilar began to give off. Marc nodded in agreement, as did Marina.

Marina's POV:
My hands were sweating now as Sergio asked to take Marc and I outside.
"Really, Sergio? Leaving, again huh?" Pilar snaps, crossing her arms with a look of disgust on her face. My head was aching trying to wrap itself around this whole situation.
Pilar admitted to me that the little adorable child next to her, was Sergio's. I had no idea how much the boy resembled Sergio, as it now it worries me.
When was he born? And when did they even meet again? Sergio told me he never even talked to Pilar for about three to five years.
Sergio rolls his eyes, "I'm going to explain Sergio Junior to them, okay?" He slowly rises from his seat, Pilar nodding in annoyance. Sergio Junior looks up, questioning where the man was going.
"Momma, where he go?" Sergio Junior says, his eyes never leaving Sergio as he stops to look at his son.
"Outside for a bit. He's gonna be back, I promise." She sighs in disappointment as the word promise rolls off her tongue. Sergio Jr. rests his head on the table, sighing in annoyance.
"I will be back, mi niño." (my boy in Spanish.) Sergio sweetly says, causing the boy to now have a grinning smile. This moment brought butterflies to my stomach, to see how amazingly he behaved with the boy.
Sergio leads the way out of the silent café, as Marc also quietly trails behind me.
The doors burst open as we head down the concrete stairs of the café.
Sergio stops at the last step, as well as Marc and I.

"Explain." Marc demands out of the blue, surprising both Sergio and I. Sergio leans back onto the post of the stairs, his hands in his pockets. God, he looked amazing today.
Marc stood still next to me, anger bounced off his body.
"Sure, pretty boy," Sergio starts, frustrating Marc even more as he clenched his jaw. "Basically, Pilar and I had a one night 'thing' 2 years ago. It was a friends get together. We both knew the same people and were invited to the same thing. Got drunk out of our minds. She never called to tell me until now," Sergio exhales, swaying his head back and forth, keeping it low.
Silence.
Eerie, cold, silence fell between the three of us, watching people and cars pass by.
"Huh. Wow." Marc exclaims sarcastically, having his arms folded as he had his slim figure against the opposite post as well. Sergio shooting a look of anger towards the boy.
I lick my lips, pushing my hair behind my ears and my frustration buried a hole into my stomach.
"And why didn't you tell me?" I finally make out, watching Sergio's eyes widen in surprise.
"Marina, I just found out today. I wanted to meet him as soon as I could, and asked Pilar to meet me here.." Sergio trails, head remained on the sidewalk.
"So what now? If you want to leave me again, you can. I understand if you want to keep your new family together." I say, sniffling and noticing I could no longer blink away the tears as they stream down my cheeks.
Both mens' heads bop up, eyes widening to see me crying. Marc was first to wrap his arms around me, as Sergio's arms were crawling for me but Marc beat him to it. He slowly puts his arms down to his sides, a look for disappointment crossed his face.
"I never said that...," Sergio starts, raising his hands up to his face in frustration.
That was all that was in the air: anger, frustration, and dissapointment.
"I don't know, but I do hope I can stay with you." He says, his eyes finally rest onto mine as Marc releases his grip on me.
Marc felt warm and soft, and I wouldn't mind another hug from him.
"Well, find out or you won't be able to stay with me. I'm so tired of this whole fucking fighting and misunderstood things. It's messing with my head and I really just want things to be normal again." I breathed, slowly resting my head against Marc, who smiled warmly.
Sergio narrowed his eyes in confusion, sighing as his hands were still on his face.

"I really am sorry, Marina."
