Klaus' POV
I went to the went to the fundraiser to convince the mayor that I would protect the town. After that I talked around made conversation with the other council members. When Damon told me he needed to talk to me.

"What now? You just pulled me away from a fascinating conversation about landscaping the town square." I said

"Stefan just grabbed Elena." Damon said

"What? Is he getting desperate?" I asked him

"He's gonna try to use her against you. Do what he says. Get rid of your hybrids." Damon told me

"Or what? Stefan would never dream of killing her."

"Are you sure about that? He just tried to behead someone in the middle of a council party. He's operating on crazy right now." Damon said
I smirked

"Well, crazy or not, that kind of love never dies. He's bluffing." I said

"Maybe he is, maybe he isn't, but if you don't want to believe him believe me. I know my brother better than anyone. And rig he now I don't have a clue how far he's willing to take this. So if he says blink, I suggest you blink." Damon said

I'm getting real tired of Stefan. He's ruing all of my plans.
I then got a call from the bloody bastard.

"Stefan. How nice to hear your voice." I said

"Tell your hybrids to get out of town Klaus." He said

"Well that's not going to happen until I get my coffins back." I told him

"Ok well I'm gonna drive your blood source off Wickery Bridge." Stefan said

"I don't believe you Stefan. You won't kill her." I told him then I heard a crunch and Elena groaning and the car swerving. She then started coughing.

"What's going on?" I asked

"I just fed her my blood. No more hybrids if she's a vampire." Stefan said

"You won't do it." I told him

"Really? Try me because your coffins are next to go and then Imani." Stefan said
I got frustrated.

"Say goodbye to your family, Klaus." Stefan said

"Stefan slow down!" I heard Elena screaming.

"Stefan stop it!" Elena said

"Fine. I'll send them away. You win." I told him. I hated to accept defeat. But I couldn't have him kill Elena.

"Stefan! Stefan stop!"Elena screamed

"Stop the car, Stefan!" I told him
Then I heard him stomp on the breaks. I then hung up the car. At this point I was furious. Then Tyler called me telling me how he bit Caroline. I knew he was going to do it. I then vamp sped over sheriff Forbes' house. Matt Donavan opened the door.

"Tyler called me. Poor boy, he seemed quite distressed. He said Caroline had had a terrible accident." I said

"You made him do this to her. He would have never done something like this." Matt said

"I am here to help Matt. My blood will heal her. Pleas ask the sheriff to invite me inside." I told him
I had to make it look convincing

"I know how this game works. You want something in return." She said
I shook my head no.

"Just your support." I told her

"Come in." She said and I did. She showed me where her room was.
