"Bouge pas! Bouge pas! (Don't move! Don't move!)" I heard from behind me, feeling the barrel of a gun pressed against the back of my head. Before I had time to react, the man let out a small gasp before collapsing to the ground. I turned around to see Widow and Rumlow parachuting down to the deck.

"Thanks." I said smiling behind the mask.

"Yeah, you seemed pretty helpless without me."
Widow joked, undoing her parachute.

"Okay team, we all know what we need to do so let's move." Cap said.

THIRD PERSON POV

"Call Durand. I want the ship ready to move when the ransom arrives." Batroc said to one of his men.

"Yes, Batroc." The French pirate nodded and called Durand.

"Durand, Batroc wants the engine started. Now." The French pirate said into the phone.

"Okay." Durand replied, putting the phone down. The man turned around to see Black Widow standing there with a smirk on her face.

"Hey, sailor." Black Widow purred before knocking him out with a small pipe. Black Widow leapt over the iron railing, shooting several French pirates' climbing the stairs.

YOUR POV

"Strike in position." Rumlow said into the coms as Steve and I watched from the top deck.

"Natasha, what's your status?" Cap asked into his radio.

There was nothing but static on the other end.

"Status, Natasha?" Cap asked again and I began to worry.

"Hang on!" I heard her yell into the coms, the faint sound of fighting on the other end.

"Go. I'll handle Batroc." Steve turned towards me and I nodded, swinging off towards the engine room.

As soon as I landed near the door, I saw the ginger knock out the last guard.

"Engine room secure." Natasha said into her coms, looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Steve sent me to see what was wrong. Looks like you didn't need my help after all." I chuckled.

Natasha smirked, "How dare he doubt my skills."

I snickered, "How dare he."

Cap gave the strike team the order to extract the hostages, the faint explosion sound coming from the console room was heard.

"Hostages en route to extraction. Romanoff missed the rendezvous point, Cap. Hostiles are still in play." Rumlow said through the coms.

"Natasha, Batroc's on the move. Circle back to Rumlow and protect the hostages."

My spider senses went off as I tore my eyes away from Natasha as she typed away on the few monitors. I turned around just in time to block a punch from Batroc himself. I pushed his arms up and kicked him back out onto the deck. Steve appeared a moment later and the French man smirked at us.

Batroc charged us and Steve held his shield up so that the man would punch the shield. Batroc hissed and backed up a few steps.

"Je croyais que tu étais plus qu'un bouclier. (I thought that you were more than just a shield.)"

I watched Steve put his shield on his back, taking off his mask and letting it clamber to the ground.

"On va voir. (Let's see)" Steve smirked.

Batroc charged us again and I shot a web at his face, flipping over him and pulling, his body yanking back as Steve jabbed his stomach a few times. Batroc grabbed my web and tossed me to the side. I grunted as my body skidded to the floor, quickly getting up and tackling Batroc through the door of the engine room.
