Chapter 5: Friends From Below

(Carmine's POV)
We all walked back to my house and I got uncomfortable because Angel was looking at me suductively.

(Charlie's POV)
We were all walking back to Carmine's house whilst Angel talked where only me and Vaggie can hear him. "Is it me or is that human fucking hot?" He said. "Almost everyone you come in contact with you think is fucking hot" Vaggie said. "Oh come on Vags you know you want some of that action" Angel said. Vaggie looked at Carmine for a second while saying "...no..". "Yeah sure" Angel said. "Charlies the ones who getting it Charlie you lucky bastard" he said. "Charlie are you?" Vaggie said. "What no! That's absolutely absurd! Carmine is happily engaged to someone" I said. "He already asked to marry you? Fucking hell you barely met him" Angel said making me blush. "No stop. Her name is Rebecca and she's very attractive" I said crossing my arms. "I think your getting your name mixed up with someone else" he said making me blush more. "Angel stop you slut" Vaggie said. "Fine jeez" he said putting his hands up.

(Carmine's POV)
When we were walking I heard them talking to each other about something. Its pretty nerve racking saying I didn't know if they were talking about the hotel...or me. I looked down to see Shlonky walking next to me. "Holy hell you must be more confused than I am right now" I said making Shlonky bark happily. "Or not" I said. We finally got to my house and I opened the door letting them in. We walked in and Shlonky got into his bed. "Nice place cutie" Angel said. "Thanks and don't call me that" I said. "Whatever you say pumpkin" he said. "Yeah that either" I said. "Sorry about Angel. I believe we got off of the wrong start" Vaggie chuckled. "I'm Vaggie Charlie's friend" She said holding her hand out. "Nice to meet you Vaggie I'm Carmine" I said shaking her hand. "And I'm Angel Dust" Angel said. "Yeah to be honest can care less about who you are" I said making Vaggie chuckle. "Ok damn" Angel said.
"And you obviously met Charlie" Vaggie said. "Yep. She's well she's something I'll tell you that" I said smiling at Charlie. "And that's my dog Shlonky" I said pointing at Shlonky making him bark. "Right what city are we in again?" Angel asked. "Um LA area" I said. "Goddamnit why couldn't it have been Vegas" he said crossing his arms. "Well we aren't that far from Vegas" Charlie said. "Really?" Angel said. "Yeah and I'm not driving all the way to Vegas just to satisfy your friend here" I said. "Well didn't have that idea until you brought it up so can..." "no" I said cutting him off. "Come on we can all go and have fun! And you can hang out with your girlfriend Charlie" he said making me and Charlie blush. "Yeah we're not together" I said. "Well since Charlie isn't getting any I might as well~" he said suductively.
"Yeah I don't swing that way dude" I said. "Damn no one here likes to have fun" he said. "Uh yeah so I have another room upstairs so one of you can sleep in there or on the couch or sum" I said rubbing my eyes still tired as fuck. "I call room!" Angel said running upstairs. "And I guess I'll sleep on the couch" Vaggie said plopping on the couch. "I'll get you a pillow and blanket" I said. I walked to the cabinet and got a blanket and a pillow. I walked back and handed her the stuff. "Thanks" Vaggie said. "No prob" I said. I looked at Charlie seeing her leaned up against the wall and looked sad. "You good Charlie?" I said. "How are we gonna get back?" She said. "Hey don't stress yourself about it. We're gonna figure it out soon enough" Vaggie said putting a hand on her shoulder. "Yeah what she said" I said trying to be helpful as possible. "Yeah your right Vag" Charlie said with a smile. "Well if you don't mind I'm going to bed now so...just don't mess anything up please"
I said. "Yeah of course, night" Vaggie said. "Night Carmine" Charlie said. "Night" I said then walked to my room. I got to my room and slid down my door. I closed my eyes. "Out of all people, why me? I got into bed and fell asleep.

(Somewhere else on earth)
"Captain we got some possible trouble" a girl said. "What trouble?" The captain said. "We have some more demons with the princess" the girl said. "And that is trouble how?" The captain said. "We don't know if they are hostile to us or not" the girl said. "Well that's why we have X4" The captain said. "Sir is X4 even ready for combat yet?" The girl said. "He always is. Get him ready" the captain said. He walked towards a lab and faced a person in armor that was connected with wires. The wires detached. "X4" The captain said. The man woke up and looked at the captain. The captain held a picture of Charlie. "This is your mission I need her alive. Any demon she's with is hostile kill them. Oh and kill the guy she's with. We are sending Alpha Team 4 first so if anything goes wrong with them we'll let you do the rest understand?" The captain said. "Yes sir" X4 said.
