Forbidden love // Snowbarry

Barry and Caitlin have been up all night helping The reverse Flash so he can goo back home. Barry hated helping the man who killed his mother but he had to in order to keep Caitlin safe. "isn't this nostalgic? Team Flash working together again?" Thawne says sarcastically "yeah I love spending time with the man who murder my mother when I was 11 and had my dad sent to jail for 15 years for a crime he didn't commit, so yeah i'm having a blast" Barry say sarcastically then he rolled his eyes. Hours pass and it's not 6 am "I'm getting coffee from Jitters, you want something?" Barry asks Caitlin but Thawne cuts in "yeah can I have-" he says but gets cut off by Barry "not you!" Barry says annoyed. "wow didn't know you had that kind of anger inside you Flash" Thawne said grinning "maybe watch your mother get killed in front of you before you judge others" Caitlin says snapping back at Thawne "what have you done to her?" Thawne asks raising an eyebrow. Barry scoffs "so do you want something Cait?" Barry asks again "no i'm good but thank you" she says and then Barry runs off to Jitters. 

Thawne- well looks like you finally have your happily ever after with Barry

Caitlin- um ok

Thawne- to bad it won't last long

Caitlin- what are you talking about?

Thawne- once we get this finished i'm going to travel back in time and kill you in front of him and then kill him. Just like I planned 15 years ago when I killed his mother

Caitlin- and how do you know I won't tell Barry this?

Thawne- because even if you do it would be to late, plus you don't have any idea when i'll e going. It could be a week a go it could be months ago but you won't know it until I kill you

Caitlin- you won't get away with this

Thawne- *laughs* of course I will because i am the only speedster that knows how to manipulate the timeline to get what I want

Then Barry runs back to Star Labs and Caitlin is spooked by what Thawne just said.

Barry- hey Cait are you ok?

Caitlin- i'm going to go get some air

Then she walks out and onto the roof. Barry is confused but knows Thawne had something to do with it.

Barry- what did you  tell her?

Thawne- nothing

*Barry pushes him against  the wall and puts meta dampening cuffs on him then punches him in the face*

Barry- what did you tell her

Thawne- I gave her a reality check

Barry is furious and runs to the pipeline and throws Thawne inside and locks it. He then runs up to the roof where Caitlin is. 

Barry's pov:
"what did he say to you?" I ask her softly because she's upset "he said after you helped him he was going to run back in time and kill me in front of you and then kill you" she says almost tearing up. I hug her "hey hey hey that's not going to ever happen, i'm helping him to keep you safe I won't ever let something happen to you" I say still hugging her. I pull away and she looks at me "don't help him, keep him locked up in the pipeline until we figure something out" she says I nod "already a step ahead of you" I say and show her the security footage of him in his cell on my phone. "let's go back inside" I say "you go ahead i'm going to stay here for a few minutes" she says "you sure?" I ask she nods "yeah" I then walk back inside but then I get mad because of what he told her. I run to his cell "what the hell?!" I yell she just grins "so she told you?" he asks and acts surprised I slam my fist on the glass "you are so lucky you are in here" I say angrily "I'm not really here but you are but instead you should be on the roof with your girlfriend" he says and i'm confused. Then I realize what he meant and I ran up to the roof and Thawne is holding Caitlin "a speed mirage? really?" I ask annoyed "i'm always one step ahead of you Flash" he says and then grabs a knife to Caitlin's throat "put that down" I say and i can tell Caitlin's scared "this has aways been between you and me. leave her out of it" I say I'm practically begging him not to kill her. He drops the knife "oh I'm not going to kill her... yet anyway but she's going to be with us for a bit" he says "us? who is us?" I ask and Zoom shows up "surprise" he says then grabs Caitlin and runs away.
