Chapter 42

"Lisa? Ready?" I shouted from the hall. "I'm coming!" she said from the bedroom. She came in like a model with heels on. "Do I look like a model?" she asked and we both laughted. "No. You look more... normal." I said and she chuckled. "Fine. Let's go!" she exclaimed. She's a good driver so far. "Where now?" she asked as we were about a kilometre away from turning. "Right." I said and she took the turning. "So, be here at 11, okay?" I asked and she nodded. "Do you need some help?" she asked and smiled. "No. It's fine. See ya!" I said and closed the door.
After school

I called Lisa. I've been waiting for her for 15 minutes. She can't even answer her stupid phone. I saw my car coming and I sighed happily. I opened the door and sat down. "Finally!" I said and smirked. "Sorry. I got lost!" she said and I laughted. "I thought that you know this city." I said and she nodded. "I do! But I didn't know the way to this university!" she exclaimed. "Well, do you now?" I asked and she nodded. "Definitely." she said and focused in the road. "We're going to the store, okay?" she asked and I nodded. "Soooo, what shall I buy for Erik?" I asked and she laughted. "You can buy him anything. He will love it just because it's from you." Lisa said and I smiled. "But I don't know what I should buy!" I yelled while we were walking to the store "Uuuum, what aboooout.... Socks?" she asked and burst out laughting. "You're kidding!" I said and she nodded. "What about pendant?" I asked out of nowhere. A pendant? Yes! Great idea! "Uum... yes. Original!" she said sarcastically. "I haven't finished yet! There would be 2 hearts inscribed there." I said and she smiled. "Good!" she exclaimed and dragged me to the goldsmith's. After we got the pendant, we've started walking around the shops. The gift is beautiful, there are 2 hearts and in one is written E and in the other one L. "Lisa?" I called as I've noticed one T-shirt. "Yes?" she asked and came closer. I showed her the T-shirt. It was black, simple, but 'The best boyfriend' was written there. "I take it!" I said and she laughted. "It's nice. And cuute." she said and smiled. I payed for it and thought that we'll go home. Boy was I wrong. "W-where are you going?" I asked confused. "I don't have a gift for my sister-in-law." she said and smiled in a silly way. "Sister-in-law?" I asked even more confused. "Youuu!" she said and pointed on me. Me? I blushed like crazy and she smiled. "Come ooon!" she said. "No. You can't buy me a gift! No way!" I exclaimed and she sighed. "Aaaaw! But... I don't know what to buy! You'll choose what you want." she said and I shook my head. No. There's just no way she'll buy me a gift. "Okay. Buy me pink crutches at most! We're going home! Now!" I said and when she was about to say something I stopped her. "No. I'm hungry and tired. We're going home." I said and started walking away.
At home

We were walking to the front door when I notice a figure standing there. As we were closer I relized that it's Marco. As Lisa noticed him she sighed. We're now standing next to him. "Hi Lucy." he said and kept looking at me. He didn't look at Lisa. Not for a second. "What are you doing here?" I asked bitterly. "I told you I would come back." he said. "Get away from here Reus!" Lisa said all of sudden. Does she know? Has Erik told her? "Who are you?" Marco asked pointing at her. "I'm Lisa. Erik's sister." she said and smiled ironicaly. "Why is she here?" he asked me. "I am right here! You can ask me!" she yelled and Marco rolled his eyes. "Go away Marco. I don't wanna talk to you!" I said. I feel like crying. "I've already heared this." he said and came closer. "Lucy you love me and we both know that." he said centimetres away from me. Lisa suddenly pushed him away. "Are you crazy?" he exclaimed and Lisa smirked. "No, just protective. She-is-dating-my-brother!"  she said reeeally slowly. "But she doesn't love him." he said annoyed. "Listen up! You've already had your chance!You had the chance to show me that we could be togehter. You missed it by not paying attention to me! By not caring about me!" I screamed and Marco looked shocked. I then unlocked the door and stepped inside the apartment with Lisa following me. I turned around and looked at Marco. "Remember that you've missed the chance weeks ago. And I have a boyfriend." I said and closed the door in front of his face. "Are you okay?" Lisa asked as she put her hands on my shoulders. "I got used for it." I said and smiled sadly. Lisa pouted and sighed. "Thank you. Really. You helped me there." I said and she smiled. "I'm glad I could have helped." she said and rubbed me shoulders. "Let's ring Erik up." she said and headed to the sofa. I sat down next to her. "Please don't tell him about this." I said and she nodded after a while. "Okay. But you'll tell him after the match." she said and I nodded. "Hello!" Erik said excited after he had answered. "Hi. We're both here." I said. "Hiii brother!" Lisa exclaimed and Erik laughted. "So, how are you ladies?" he asked. "We're both fine. We were shopping." Lisa answered. I thanked her by the look. If I say that we're fine, Erik would notice that I'm not saying the truth. "Again?" he asked and I nodded. "I was shopping with you, but know I was with Lisa." I said and he laughted a little. "Did you get to know each other?" he asked and Lisa laughted. "Your girlfriend is the most cool, most beautiful, most funny and most clever person. You've chosen right." she said and I smiled at her. "I know. My girlfriend is brilliant." he said and I blushed. "She's blushing at the moment." she said and chuckled. I smashed her arm. "And you have the best sister ever." I said. "I know. I have amazing people in my life. But I have to go now." he said and I sighed. "Okay. Good luck. Love you." I said. "Good luck brother!" Lisa said. "Byee. Love youu!" he said and hung up. Lisa's still looking at me. "What?" I asked confused and she smiled. "You love him." she said. "I think so." I said and she winked. "And he loves you so much." she said and I blushed. "Where are you pointing?" I asked. "I was just really scared when I noticed Reus." she said and looked down. Yeah, I was scared too. Scared that I would fall for him. "He would never hurt me. Nor my friends. He just wants me back." I said. "And you?" she asked and looked up. "Me? You've already said that I love your brother and he loves me. And I've already said that he had the chance, but he missed it." I said and she smiled. "Okay." she said.
Match

"So does Erik start?" I asked bitting my nails while watching Lisa scrolling down the internet. "Yeees!" she said and I smiled proudly. "Okay. Fine. Good." I said slowly. "You're proud, aren't you?" she asked and I nodded shyly. "After he didn't start on weekend, yes, I'm proud. And happy." I said and she smiled. "Let's watch it then!" she said and we switched the tv on. As we were watching the tv, Lisa frowned. "What?" I asked still watching the tv. "Does he have new cleats?" she asked and I laughted. "Why? Don't you like them?" I asked and she shrugged. "Well, they're fine. I wonder how it looks like when there's snow out there." she said and I laughted. This girl is absolutely amazing. After some time Ciro scored. Lisa even clapped his hands and I laughted how excited she was. "Whoaaa!" Lisa called when she saw what Immobile's doing. "That's a baby bump!" Lisa said and I laughted. "Yes, bingo!" I said and she stuck her tongue. "I know that it's early, but do you think about babies?" she asked me and it surprised me. Of corse I do, but... "I don't know... I mean... I wanna have kids, but I'm young.. and I wanna end school first." I said and Lisa nodded. Since then we've been keeping silent. "Shit!" Lisa screamed when Anderlecht scored. "Whyyyy?" I asked and smashed my forehead. "Why the hell are you doing this God?!" she said and we both sighed. It's over and the match ended 1-1. "Okay. Will you wait for Erik?" she asked me and I shook my head. "They're having dinner later and I don't feel like waiting all night long." I said and Lisa smiled. "Okay. I won't wait either. Night!" she said and left. Babies. Babies are all over my head. I love kids and I wanna have, but now? It's too early. And I don't think Erik want them right now.
Morning

I woke up with Erik next to me. I stood up and went to bathroom. I walked in the kitchen and saw Lisa sitting there with a cup of coffee in front of her. "Hii." I said  and smiled. "Good morning. Is Erik there?" she asked and I nodded. "He's sleeping." I said and she smiled. "No school today?" she asked. "No school." I said and sighed hapilly. "Lucy we need to go to the grocery store. The fridge is almost empty!" she said and laughted. "Let's go!" I said. "Where?" Erik walked out of the bedroom and rubbed his eyes. "Broootheeer! Amazing match! The first place is ours!" Lisa exclaimed and I laughted. "And you? Won't I get a kiss?" he asked pointing at me. I walked closer and kissed him. He pulled me even closer and kissed me deeper. We pulled away and he was smiling. "Aaaaaw. You're sooooo cuuuute!" Lisa said and I blushed. First babies then this. "Let's go." I said but Lisa stopped me. "No! No! Stay here together and I'll do the shopping." she said and I shook my head. "No. No. No. Our fridge, our shopping troubles." I said and pulled away from Erik. "She wants to go shopping so let her." Erik said and pulled me closer again. Lisa headed to the hall and I was following her. "Enjoy! Byeee!" she said and left. I sighed and turned around to Erik. "You- that wasn't fair!" I said and he smirked. "She's wanted to go shopping.." he said and threw his hands in the air. "Have you heared her? She said enjoy." Erik said and lifted me up. "Put me down! Eriiik!" I exclaimed and he laughted. He put me on the bed and lay on top of me. "I-missed-you." he said while kissing me softly. "Me too."I said and he looked me in the eyes. "How's the ankle?" he asked. "Fine." I said and he smiled. "So we can enjoy?" he asked and I laughted. "No. Not now." I said snd he sighed. "Lisa's leaving tonight. So I won't ask you the next time." he said and kissed my colar bone.
