Chapter 9

Next morning
*Alarm ringing*

Hailey finally woke up after snoozing the alarm 5 times. After checking the time she started hurrying. She quickly got up, washed her face and came out of the room to leave for University.

"Overslept?" Jin asked while reading a newspaper.

Hailey replied "yes" while tieing her shoelace.

Jin then put his newspaper on the table and got up. He told Hailey to get in the car and gave her a packet.

Hailey was having sandwich which was in the packet while Jin was driving through a different road which didn't lead to the University.

"Professor where are we going." Hailey asked nervously.

"I'm your professor, it won't look good if others see us together."

Jin then stopped the car and Hailey got up after thanking him. Hailey entered the classroom with a tired look on her face. She then heard some students talking about her which made her both angry and sad.

Students conversation ~

"Have you seen that, Helen!"

"She looks like the girl in the picture."

"Is she Jaehyun's ex girlfriend?"

"Yes, I heard they broke up not long ago. And now she is trying to seduce the Business professor."

"You mean the young and handsome professor?"

"It's not like that hottie would actually like her."

Even after hearing all that Hailey didn't speak up. She was didn't like violence or quarrelling at all. She decided to avoid them and quickly left for hostel when her classes ended. On her way out of the class many people were staring at her but she tried her best to avoid them

After arriving at the hostel, the teacher in charge called Hailey. They asked if the vibrator and pregnancy kit belonged to her and Hailey denied. But the teacher said that they were found in her drawer and told her to move out of the hostel as a punishment.

Hailey couldn't do anything as the things found in her room were not allowed in the hostel. She knew that someone else had kept them in her room but she didn't have any proof to save herself.

She packed her stuff and left the hostel. It was a really hot day and she had to walk to look for somewhere to stay. She questioned herself. She asked herself what she had actually done for which she was suffering. She felt more unlucky when a thief took her suitcase and ran away. Her phone and wallet was also inside the suitcase.

Hailey's pov

Is this a coincidence? What is happening with me? Why do I have to suffer every single day? Why God?

Now she had only one option left. She went to a uptown apartment and searched for the flat's key in the flower pot. She sighed and unlocked the door of the flat. She took some rest there then came out to go to the police station.

"Hailey." Mrs.Su called Hailey from her car.

"Mrs. Su." Hailey said in disbelief.
