Chapter 29

I was covered with a cloak so they uncovered me and threw me on the ground. Finally a scream left my mouth but it was inaudible because my mouth was tightly covered with a piece of cloth.

"The work is done , let's get back quickly." One of them said.

"Hey, wait a minute." Another men said.

"Why?" The first speaker questioned.

"I have been thinking...." He said while approaching me.

"Look at this chick." He said while uncovering my mouth.

"She's quite pretty." For the first time in my life I felt scared and disgusted by a compliment.

"Wait!? Are you out of your mind? She's the mayor's daughter." The other person said.

"Oh really? Then I really want to.."

"You..What do you want?!" I shouted in panic.

"I really want to have a little taste of the mayor's daughter." He said while approaching me.

I started panicking. I couldn't think of a way to escape. I didn't even know where I was. I knew that I couldn't fight two men.

"Do you know you are committing a crime." I said sternly.

"Oh come on , there's no one here . No one will know nor anyone can save you even if you scream." He said while coming closer.

"Don't touch me!" I shouted.

When he touched my arm, I quickly moved away my body which caused my sleeves to tear up. I started trembling as the cold breeze hit my body.

"Come here and hold her down." He said to the other men.

"But-"

"Enough of your nonsense!" He shouted at him.

I was so scared that I started crying and luckily the other person's phone started ringing.

"Who is it in the middle of the night?!" The man who tried to touch me shouted.

"Oh no! Hello, hello Mayor..I mean sir." He said on the phone.

"Where are you now?" I heard Mr. Su's voice as the phone was on speaker.

"Save.." I was about to shout but they covered my mouth.

"We..we are waiting in the car." He said nervously.

"Really? Can the sound of the wind be so loud inside the car!?" Mr. Su shouted.

"That..."

"What did Linda ask you to do again?" Mr. Su questioned and then I realized it was Linda's doing.

"Uh..we..we" He started shaking in fear and the phone dropped from his hand.

"He has already called, let's just leave quickly." He said to the other man.

"What do you mean? Don't worry, I'll make it quick." The bastard said as he held my arms.

Countless drops of tears started falling from my eyes, I felt helpless. But then like a ray of hope, a flash of light hit my face. It was a car which came toward as in full speed causing the two men to startle. When a tall man came out of the car, the two men realized that they were going to be in danger so they started running. But the tall man whose face was not clearly visible because of the car's headlights, kicked one of them on the back causing him to fall on the ground. I couldn't see his face clearly because of my teary eyes. He came closer and covered me with his coat.

"Are you alright?" He asked me while making me face him.

"Professor Jin." I finally recognized him.
