THE NIGHTINGALE

~~Flashback~~

A breeze passed through the black tresses with the fresh arrival of the moon in the sky as the remaining traces of dusk faded away.

The handsome teen boy sat on the corner of the cliff as he admired the peaceful water stream several feet down giving the magnificent reflection of the full moon.

Several minutes had passed, suddenly a warm smile shaped on Itachi's face as he heard the footsteps crushing the fresh grass few kilometers away.

"Humph... Itach-Itachi-kun!!"

(Y/n) placed her hand on the tree for support as she tried to gain her breath again

Itachi turned with a light pink face and the happiness in his eyes were beyond words.

"(Y/n)!...you okay?" He asked with a little worried look on his face.

"I think I'm!!.... It's just I ran as hard as I could after completing the mission from sand village and then I had to change my clothes because I can't come all..... sweaty and..... humph ......."

You take more deep breaths as you joined Itachi and sat close to him exhausted.

Itachi smiled ,"You didn't have to come if you couldn't—....."

"I CAN NEVER MISS THIS!" You cut him off.

Itachi looked into your eyes full of dedication with surprise and chuckled.

You pouted with frustration," WHAT the-..."

Itachi put his arm around you and grabbed you in a side hug pulling you closer.

"Thank you (y/n)-chan"

He said as he flick your forehead with his 2 fingers.

You blushed.

You blushed hard.

Even it's been a long time since you both realized how strong your feelings were for each other, you and Itachi had accepted them finally and the fact he couldn't let you go away from himself was enough for you to have the eternal trust in this bond.

Another breeze came by and your beautiful lacy frock joined its dance.

Itachi looked at the moon," You look beautiful,(y/n)"

Your cheeks went pink again as you admire Itachi's manly face lines.

Itachi looked at you and lifted up your chin with his hand,

"I wanna confess something today... And I'm confident that it will be a yes"

Your eyes widened as Itachi came closer to your face.

In another second you felt his warm lips on yours. Your whole face turned red and your eyes were still in shock, you couldn't believe it's happening.

Itachi kissed you...

It's your first kiss....!!

Itachi is kissing you...!!!

Your heart was throbbing out of your chest but when you looked at Itachi's closed relaxed eyes, the truth become known to you.

Your eyes were now half open as you enjoyed the magic he was creating on your luscious lips. You gently grabbed the hair from the back of his head and kissed him back.

Your eyes were now closed in pleasure as you both express your love.

He put his one hand on your hour-glass waist and with other he held your cheek.

These peaceful surroundings.....

the beauty of the moon.....

the feeble sounds of water...

This phenomenal moment between you and Itachi ....

And that mystical voice of the nightingale....

Made that moment in this cruel Shinobi World the most magical and astonishing.

You both pulled apart after few minutes with tomato red faces.

"I-I love you...(y/n)"

Your whole body was in shock and your mouth were unable to make meaningful words and utter the sensible sentence.

No doubt, you both knew that you feel for each other but this was the first time you both will confess.You looked down smiling and finally able to answer Itachi who was eagerly waiting ,

" I-I love y-you too...Itachi-kun"

He grabbed you from the waste and lifted you up on his lap. You buried your embarrassed red face in his strong chest as he smelled your hair and kissed you on the head.

"I can't imagine my life without you (y/n)...and I could never believe that I will fall for someone this bad....I'm glad it's you.."

 Itachi smiled and admired the moon again as he played with your smooth (h/c) locks.

"This bond is eternal for me Itachi" you looked into his eyes.

He looked back at you and put your hair behind your ear," it will be beyond eternal for me..."

You both smiled as you sit there into each other with slightly cold breezes and enjoyed the song of the Nightingale.
