Chapter Six

A/N: This chapter switches POVs so just be prepared. I would also like to add that this is my longest chapter I've ever written in this or any of my previous stories, which I am really proud of. (over 2200 words!!) Thank you all for reading! Enjoy!!!

~Keefe's POV~

"RO! WHY DID YOU THROW MY IMPARTER?!?!" Keefe yelled.

"In my defense, my job is to protect you and that's just what I did!" Ro complained. "I wasn't mad, I was just protecting you."

"No, I think your mad that I'm growing up. Ro, you can't get mad about me and Sophie." Keefe said.

"You are still my charge and I'm going to protect you from anything or anyone that could possibly hurt you."

"She's not going to hurt me, Ro. Besides, you were on board with the whole thing before it was actually official, so why aren't you now? You basically forced me to tell her."

"That was before I saw you two being all lovey-dovey together."

"What did you expect?!"

"Well I didn't expect you to be making out with Sophie in the middle if her room right after you woke up from a week long coma!"

"It was a kiss, Ro. Nothing more." Keefe retorted grabbing his imparter, "I'm going to go call Dex, see if there's anything he can do to fix this thing."

"How are you going to call him with that?" Ro snorted.

"I'll use my dad's, obviously, since you decided to use mine for playing Tackle Bramble." Keefe said, walked out to take his dad's imparter, and called Dex.

"God, Ro. How hard did you throw this thing?" Dex said once got to Shores of Solace.

"Would you like me to give an example." Ro said.

"Umm, that would be a no." Dex flipped the imparter open and tapped the screen a couple times.

"So... how's Biana?" Keefe smirked.

"Good." Dex paused noticing a cape on the floor. "How's the mystery girl?"

"W-What do you mean?"

"Well, unless that cape is yours, I'm assuming you had a girl over."

"Oh, yeah I always forget to pick up my capes. I probably should have cleaned up a bit."

"So you're telling me that you have a women's cape just lying around your room?"

"Yeah?"

"Wait did you—"

"NO!" Keefe interrupted. "No, nothing happened."

"You better not have. I would not like to see you and her as teen parents." Ro said.

"Oooooh so there was a girl?"

"There is a girl. Not was. Either way you're not supposed to know so please don't tell anyone." He needed to make sure no one else would find out about him and Sophie so that she wouldn't be in as much danger. If keeping them a secret would keep her safe, than he was willing to do so, even if he wanted the whole world to know they were together.

"Secret's safe with me.. as long as you don't tell anyone about Biana and I."

"Wouldn't tell a soul." Keefe replied.
